You do uhm, you do know Xbox is cross platform compatible with Xbox original, and Xbox 360 right?
You said that trying to add a DLC on a 360 game and move it to Xbox one is probably impossible. Well it isn’t because it’s already been done with the Passing which came out 2010 and the Xbox around like 2013 or 14. What makes you think they can’t add it if it does come to Xbox and if Microsoft put it in if that’s how it work.
