    Step 1
    Make Mutton broth
    Mutton: 1 kg
    Whole Garlic 1
    Ginger: 2 tbsp
    Fennel seeds: 1 tsp,
    Bay leaf: 2-3,
    Cardamom: 1,
    Cloves: 4-5,
    Black pepper: 10-12,
    Cinnamon: 1
    Salt : 11/2 tsp
    Water: 5 glass / 1 litter
    cook it for 10 to 15 minutes after the whistle on medium flame
    Step 2:
    Oil: 1/2 cup
    Onion : 1 medium size
    Now fry it until color changes to light golden
    Ginger and garlic paste : 2 tbsp
    Water: 5 cup
    Bay leaf: 1,
    Small Cardamom: 1-2,
    Cumin: 1 tsp,
    Cloves: 4-5,
    Black pepper: 8-10,
    Cardamom: 1,
    Cinnamon: 1
    Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
    green chili : 5 to 6
    Yogurt: 1/2 cup
    Tomatoes 1cup
    red chili flakes 1tsp
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Coriander powder: 1 tsp
    Yakhni/broth : 4 and 1/2 cup
    Now cover it and cook it for 2 minutes
    Basmati rice: 1 kg (soaked for 30 minute)
    Now cover it and cook it for
    First 2-3 minute: on high flame
    Next 10-12 minutes: on medium flame
