yes you can rent property to the council get more than private renters get paid rent even if the property is empty and the council fix and maintain the property too its a no brainer

Please what is the difference between sub- letting and rent to rent?
Sub- letting is when you rent a house on your own on a normal tenancy agreement and rent out this is illegal . Rent to rent is when you agree tenancy as a company and the landlord knows in advance of your intention . Hope this helps

Dont let it hold you back Brandi. The whole world has been built on fear hence most dont achieve what they really want in life but do you notice EVERYONE that became successful or achieved what they wanted to do all have one thing in common? They had to overcome some sort of adversity which means at some point in that bad situation was fear and to achieve what they did they had to overcome fear. You see Brandi, your no different from Richard Branson or any other self made successful person they just defeated fear quicker than you.
Brandi I havent been encouraged to say this but I joined Samuel365 last week and did the free 7 day trial and have decided to keep paying the subscription because of the value of not just the property training, not just the mentor support but also the mental training you get from it.
