Thank you for all the comparative sound tests! I know sound can be affected by mic, room, whatnot, but hearing them against other switches, for longer than a few seconds and even running through it twice was hugely helpful in choosing one with a sound I'm after. And outlining how difficult it is to open was super helpful too; knowing I had to be ok with adjusting sound via switches, stabilizers, lube and keycaps alone helped me make the decision.
It also has quite good response time compared to many other budget mechanical keyboards. This is the board I'm planning to buy after pretty extensive research. Solid video!
I grabbed one for $24 from the official store in China and it sounds absolutely like heaven. I’m honestly a little shocked lol this is good enough to be my end game

This review made me buy one, was considering to buy a GMMK Pro and start moding it. This keyboard resolved my hunger to do that modding shits, happy with the stocks of this F75 keyboard, an easy 10/10
Nice video. I got the F99 for office work because I use the numpad typing in #s all day. Keeb is an absolute banger for $70. It came with the Graywood V3 switches I did swap them out for Morandis but probably didn't need to. It feels and sounds so good stock. I just added a little extra lube to the stabs and it's a total winner.
thanks for this review! this was on sale on the platform we use here in the PH and as soon as i saw "gasket mount" i didn't wait a second longer lmao. i got it at $35! just to alleviate the blind buyer's remorse, youtube showed me your vid and i'm glad i got the one with the reapers. this sounds crazy good already, but i might try lubing them myself to get a creamier sound profile. kind of sad that it's northfacing though, but there are certain Akko long pole switches that help out with that so at least i have options for future modding! thanks again for the review Sulce!

I've been looking for a good 75% keyboard, and I really thought I would go with Corsair's K65 Plus keyboard, but the reviews of it all boil down to it being way overpriced. Aula A75 is just what I'm looking for, and the price is fair. I'm not going to lie; my PC predominantly has Corsair RGB modules, so if I went with that instead I wouldn't need an extra program to address the K65 Plus, but I can clearly say that you cleared any objections I had and that I found the right keyboard for me.
This is perfect, EXCEPT for the weird key decisions on the right column. How can you have an End key without Home?? They really had to squeeze in things but sacrificing Home & End is a huge dealbreaker.

I have this Aula F75 but with different color, mine is black with side engraved and it have south facing LED, this black color option is really nice with gradient style, looks minimalist to me
I bought 3 colorways, the black reef, green and the white one. So u mean the black reef has south facing? I bought that with reapers, while my white colorway come with ice vein and graywood. Can I switch the graywoods to the black reef variant or it won't fit?
@@jamesmadison3108 Aula F75 have two variant for black color, the 1st one black + yellow & the 2nd one is black with gradient style color with shine through keycap which is the one that I bought, the 2nd one have south facing led and came with reaper switch, about the switch I'm not sure if it will fit or not, I bought Aula F75 because I really like their stock sound so I don't plan to mod in near future.
@pudinichigo91 yes mine is the gradient key caps, it comes with reapers. I plan to take out the reaper switch and change it with the white one that came with graywood switch. I believe it should be not an issue at all. Still waiting for them to be delivered.

Not sure about the top 5 switches part. It’s about both the gasket mount and the foam. I hav not tried the CS PIANO yet. I think you can lube it to make it better or get switches that have better prelube
How about Greywood V3 vs Reaper on the Aula F75? I can't choose between those switches. Can you describe them? I want something that sounds deeper, still thocky and creamy and less clack.

OK, just got an F99 from ebay, and it seems to be structured the same way the F75 here is. This is my first gasket-mount keyboard (probably my last if I don't figure this out), but that first plate is what's used for mounting the switches? I ask because I like to take out the extraneous sound suppressing foam (I like me some clickbars, and the all-plastic insides seems like they'd really make those boys sing without the foam silencing them).
I wouldn't hold my breath, this model has been released for a while and if they planned on barebone version they would have introduced it much earlier. Though this board is pretty damn good you can buy it and sell the switches away.
are there any tips on how to get the driver installed to macOS? I love the keyboard so far but I may have to return it as using it with Mac is proving to being extremely challenging

This uses regular switches, I believe you’re talking about the wooting hall effect/magnetic switches for magnetic motherboard keyboards The actuation point on this is 30gf and an initial force of 49gf, bottom out of 45gf, actuation travel of 1.7mm

Hi, got a problem with my keeb. Tried tweaking with the software's sensitivity and adjusted something in "Tap", after that my keyboard stopped working. Tried doing fn+winkey to unlock but it didn't. Hope you can help me out on this!
I really like my Aula F75. The board sounds, feels and looks great. my only gripe is being a Mac user I wish they would have supplied the Opt and Cmd keycaps. one annoying thing I can not figure out how to change in the software is to have The Function keys just work as function keys by default without having to hold the fn key. now matter how I setup the Mac OS to handle the f keys or how i setup the default f keys in the Aula software, I still have to hold down the fn key in order to remove media key mapping to the function keys.

Aula f75 have better build quality than ajazz ak820 pro and it also feel more solid, but ajazz ak820 pro have screen if you like it, other than that they are quite similar, I also confused which one to choose between these two keyboard before but I in the end I decided to go with Aula since I dont need that screen and so far Im really satisfied with my purchased

I believe the (newer? colorschemes) black gradient and blue gradient (letters on front of keys) come south facing stock.

Did you try resetting it? And holding fn and clicking W should switch it to windows mode. Check if windows button is working to verify.
Hey so the battery light indicator goes up when it is charging right? what does it do if it is already fully charged?

I would say the Reaper stock but if you hand lube the Graywood v3 it ends up being better. For stock I say Reaper

The board sounds, feels and looks great. my only gripe is being a Mac user I wish they would have supplied the Opt and Cmd keycaps. one annoying thing I can not figure out how to change in the software is to have The Function keys just work as function keys by default without having to hold the fn key. now matter how I setup the Mac OS to handle the f keys or how i setup the default f keys in the Aula software, I still have to hold down the fn key in order to remove media key mapping to the function keys.
I see what you mean, that sounds very frustrating. There has to be a way to fix this. I'll look into this and see if I find fix

No the keyboard itself is north facing. It’s not the switch that determines this.
Is the volume knob button clickable and mappable?
It’s clickable and set to play pause, I think you will be able to remap it on windows powertoys but not the aula software

No, not quiet but not loud, i would say medium. There are switches that could make it quieter

I think they are both good options but I have never tried the Akko one so I’ll say Aula
Aula f75 have better build quality than ajazz ak820 pro and it also feel more solid, but ajazz ak820 pro have screen if you like it, other than that they are quite similar, I also confused which one to choose between these two keyboard before but I in the end I decided to go with Aula since I dont need that screen and so far Im really satisfied with my purchased

You use PowerToys to change the function of the mute key and change it to play pause
