I work everyday for 6 hours after school when nobody else is there. I'm a QB at my highschool and I'm 4th string because I am shorter than everyone else. I work my ass off so I can start. This is the motivation I needed to keep going and to not give up.

my coach told me I'm to small I'm fivefore and I got trucked and broke my arm an tore my acl and I got up because my grandma passed from a heart attack and I seen her telling me to get up and I got up and went to the side line and know I have a plate in my arm and my acl got better
