We have 4 hosims. A couple of them got messed up in the hurricane. Hes been trying to get some up and running before its to cold. He has been wanting this one. I was gonna try and get it for him when we get done with the clean up and our place is fixxed. Love the videos ty😊
After now having been in the hobby for a couple of months I found that the X25 here isn't bad their customer service is pretty great they're really quick to respond really happy to help write any wrongs and I thought it was a pretty decent car but I can now say honestly they're a lot better choices for that price range considering the use of a combo ESC and radio which really kind of sucks fitting a regular size battery in here is really difficult in order to fit anything other than a miniature battery you have to move the ESC which is not really a good idea it works in a pinch but it's not good. There's just a lot better option for the price range to be honest at least in my opinion. It was my first larger scale car I've now used mine for parts to take off and use another cars
Nice in depth review! I think Hosim has a better line up with their 1/10th scales which are really 1/12 scale. I think it’s harder to cut corners when you get into this size and price point and it stands out
They said the Vexaro was 1/8th scale as well, but it's a 1/10th scale RC. Reading the what's included section on the box states that its 1/10th scale. But I'll admit it, this thing rips, right outta the box. Don't stand behind it if you're slamming full throttle because it kicks up and flings a lot of dirt and rocks. IMO, its a nice RC for the price point.

Hosim makes good RC'S especially for the price. Thunder RC has had Hosim's on his channel and has put them through the ringer and has given his thumbs up, and he's a Traxxas fan. Derby City has reviewed Hosim's as well. Regardless if the RC if expensive, or cheap if the RC passes his test they'll give a thumbs up. The fact that this 3S can tolerate 4S is impressive regardless of brand. I myself have a fleet of Arrma as well as some Hosim's. I enjoy the Hosim's just as much and the do hold up. Gonna get the Vexaro next week. People who buy these less expensive RC's are not competing, and don't care as much for on the spot hobby shop parts support. They can get parts support through Amazon. Me being deep into the RC hobby I'm starting to see many RC guys (RC elitist) getting butt hurt because Asian companies like MJX, Rlarrlo, and Hosim, etc, are starting to catch up to the big name American brands, at a cheaper price in some cases.

Anyone can hear the doubts in your voice initially reviewing this RC and the various critiques. It's a typical Hosim and they are well made for the price. You can't expect Arrma build quality and support. Plus there's many RC fans that are fan boys to the American brands, and hate that there's lower priced competition (Asian brands in particular) that are catching up to the big name brands. It's about as ridiculous as Ford vs Chevy, or 9mm vs 45ACP.

Anyway I wrote “what tipped you off” as in how did you know I’ve never seen a Hosim before, not “what ticked you off”. I didn’t say you were upset, though it does seem like you have some grievances you wanted to air.
@RazorRC your response sounds like you have a grievance to my statement, even though I've made no insults. My response is what I've seen in the RC community in general like it or not. Especially when it comes to the attitude towards Asian brands in general. Nothing more, nothing less. When it's an Arrma or Traxxas brand there's virtually no grievance, unless it's a Traxxas guy insulting An Arrma product and vice versa.
From here that looks smaller than my 10th scale Redcat Valkyrie and it's really a 4s truck. I think one would be better off to spend an extra $50 for the Redcat.
Check out the XLF F28, same car but cheaper (minor changes like skid protection in front bottom plate). Not sealed diffs så use 1/4 of a silicon ear plug in center diff and 1/6 in rear and front instead of diff oil. Needs 90 oil in shocks to be perfect :)
Any time they have a 2 in 1 system or a brushed motor in 2024 basher.....just boosting their profit margin to rip your ass off. Gotta eek out that last $20 from every sale. They cant even spend 5 cents to fill the shocks! Arrma & Traxxas are the kings of that ....they learned it from the Chinese! Nice review, Thanks
Nice I think the cheaper brands are making a good effort but still have some ways to go need better hardware and make the scale proper they should have just listed it as a 1/10 scale ....

If Hosim dropped me over a bit of honesty, maybe I'm better off without them then. I want to entertain viewers more than anything, but I certainly don't want to lie to them in order to do it. It looks like it's really a 1/10th scale car with a longer bumper and extended wing mount to stretch the length.. It has a combo receiver and ESC and they still can't fit a standard size battery, so that is pretty poor packaging. Even regular 1/10 scale cars can fit a standard battery. That car is a hard pass, but as always, we love the reviews!
I watched other reviews it’s not bad but don’t even bother before you put fluids in her . I don’t think there’s any fluid at all in the center diff . Maybe it has grease or 5 weight 😂
I have never had an 1/8 scale truggy in my colllection, and it is truly my plan to finally get one for my next RC. I was thinking of springing for a Kraton 6S EXB. However, why spent $700 when I can check that box for only $250!!!!!!!!!!

Somebody forgot step 28 in the manual!
Had an X07, garbage. Diffs were very weak, screws sucked, arms were junk servo was junk ESC quit after about 15 packs. Not a Hosim fan at all.
