Rock Bouncer.:) Looks like just a fun car that can do many things well. For average person I think its great. If you want to get more technical then you can modify for a specific purpose. Like Crawling, rock bouncing or rock racing.
Nice review. This is definitely an interesting release. UDIRC is stepping into the 24th scale crawler scene with some gusto. Gotta get one. Looks like it is a HobbyPlus based RC. Same axle molds at least. So if that is the case, there are already upgrades out there for it by Furitek, which is a pretty big advantage to this thing taking off! Oh, and cranking your dual rate to full is actually changing how far the steering turns, so you are going to burn up your servo. It is designed to set your servo endpoints, in both left and right, which is why it is called dual rate. Turn the steering full right, and adjust the knob to set the endpoint. Turn left and adjust that endpoint. That keeps you from turning the servo beyond the mechanical limits of the steering, which will burn up your servo.
The intro was perfect. 😂 mine must not have passed the QA inspection, because I was quite disappointed. It seems reviews are pretty split on this whether you get one that functions properly or one that is plagued with cogging and jerky movement.

It definitely looks similar to that. UDI RC showed it with different bodies and wheels on their FB page. Including a pick up truck set up. Was interesting to see.
Wish it was proportional rear steer as you lose a lot of controller with only by settings. Like wiggling your rear only to move the vehicle on an incline.

Another odd little turkey! Honestly for the price that thing is absolutely loaded. I would order one right now but I would definitely want some upgrades and brass for it and unfortunately unless it gets out to enough people I bet upgrades will be hard to come by. Hell at that price it would be worth it and just experiment to fit some upgrades on it. If Axial came out with a 24 optioned out like that it would be 2 or 3 times the price.
@@Nerm78 I was wondering myself if the axial parts would fit. Even if brass wheel weights fit would be a plus. I know UDI RC have a tonne of upgrade parts planned or released for their 1/24 range so it would also be interesting to see what parts they release for this one. Cheers 🍻
@@RC-Expats-HK oh I didn't know they offered upgrades like that. I will cross my fingers for some brass then. Hopefully if they do you can get a bunch and show us the potential that little thing has.
