Fakarava | Wall of Sharks | French Polynesia

The south part of the fakarava - maybe the most farrest and loneliest place i have been yet… A stunning landscape very untouched by humans. We take the time to spot the area from the birds eye view. Only a small number of people can live in the pension of raimiti. Rooms without windows and doors - pure contact to the environment - far away from everyday distraction. In between this exclusive piece of nature there is one of the most spectacular dive spots of the world - the wall of sharks. There is a population of hundreds of grey reef sharks inside the channel, at the end of it we find a very healthy garden full of corals. A mighty ending of our tour through french polynesia.
