Hacking a 90's B&W Security Camera for FPGA Machine Learning

I got an 'obsolete' 90's camera that uses a proprietary DIN6 cable connection. Rather than seeing it tossed I decided to see if I can get signals out. Turns out I can and its pefect for using with a DE1-SoC Cyclone V based system!
