I put total calories I consumed in the video coz I was genuinely curious to know how I gained 9 lbs in such a short period of time lol but remember, calorie intake is not everything! I hope we can all develop healthy relationships with food 🍙🌿

We were in Japan September 2023, and I felt in love. Japan is the most beautiful and calm country. Food is insanely delicious. Saving money to come again and to have more adventures ❤
