- In this short video tutorial, I show you to to make a gift card holder which also has some space to write something to the recipient. This is great to make with your customers at a party and it's also simple and quick to make in a hurry. Here are the measurements in inches, though it will be slightly larger with these measurements.Cut at 4" x 9 ½". Score at 2 ¾" and 5 ½" and just a little bit over 8 ¼" (to make sure it can fold over itself and doesn't bulge). Slice large corner off first panel and 2 small corners on either side of the small panel (to create the envelope look). The white insert is cut at 2 ¼" x 3 ½". The belly band is 1 ¼" by 6 ½" scored at 1 ¾" and 4 ½".
thank you for including the imperial measurements in your notes below the video.
Yes... Thank you! Super helpful.
Made some last night. So easy and cute. Thanks for sharing. One thing I did different is that I used the two small corner triangles I cut off and glued them to the bottom corners where the insert will go. That way you can write on both sides or maybe even mount a picture on one side and sentiment or stamping on the other side. It will just slide in or out of the corners.
Great video! Thanks for the awesome info and really neat idea. Can I get the measurements in inches? Just kidding!!! I read the other 10 replies on the measurements 😁. Thanks for being so patient and sharing your skills
Really nice design and so easy. Thanks.
very very cool!!!
That's good tutorial.
This looks really good, I made one while watching you, love it and thanks for sharing
Now I must not only thank you but for sure I am going to try these adorable cards myself and for so generously taking the time to do this for me, I will now follow you. I like all your projects but couldn't do the cm's. Again, thank you!!!🙏🙏😊😊
Lovely thank you
The magnetic may demagnetized your gift card.
hi, I've been looking around for a cutting board like you have, which has both scoring and trimming blades.
Which board are you using to cut and score? and where could I maybe find it?
KyraaH Edits it's stampin up! You can order it online, via a demonstrator near you 😀
Has anyone done these? How do they look if one does not have SU products?
Can you also say it in regular measurements don't know can. Thank you would like to do it.

Where do you get your tools?

Like video but need measurements in inches. Thanks!!!

Thanks.
Gees, it would be nice to also have "inches measurements for those of us who don't do cm's!! It's so frustrating!!

I think you might understand the frustration that those of us using cm's have watching almost all tutorials in card making on youtube :)
will you please give the measurements in inches instead of cm? thank you
