sometimes i unconsciously bait the enemy to use their skills/combo and dodge them as much as possible then i go all out with my combos to kill them. does my unconsciously strategy part of being good at the game?

In short,
1. Play many hero to learn their pros and cons
2. Wait for the right timing or u can create a good timing(as example bait them to use their skill)
3. Out rotating(learn how to rotate)
4. Check enemy build, so u can prepare
5. Learn lane freeze and lane cut
6. Use counter meta hero
7. If enemy use your counter, be calm and play safe until u got your core item.
