Second off there are more than enough people in this video alone that didn't keep hitting after the person was clearly knocked out. Thirdly I've been watching ufc since the 90s. Depends. If the fighter is doing something deliberate to cause massive injury like an illegal move it can cause them to be blamed. But if you're following the rules accidents can just happen. It's happened in boxing.
