Yes the board in the video is not the one I sent out to Jlc pcb!! The net list messed up on the i2c I removed the qwiic connector and added rx2 tx2
For expansion. Wow you have a good eye.

Hi ED. I received my Zero II finally. I have it working with the Antscope software on my Android Tablet and Phone. If I update the firmware to work with the ESP32 will it still connect with Antscope for Android? If not is there a way to go back to out of the bag firmware? Thanks hope you are the man with the answers.

Mine shipped with I think 115k baud fw, not sure it worked with any app. But yes you can reflash it with anything going back and forth I have done that. Others told me it shipped with the 38400 baud code and no reflashing is needed. Depends how long it's been on some shelf and where you bought it from and what serial number you have.

I'm new to all of this, but I'm really interested. when and where will this board be made available? will it come with a parts list and some distribution sources for those parts?

Right now the PCB is at the Hong Kong airport. It should be here by the end of the month. We need to test it make sure all parts fit and it works. I be making a video on how it build it if all goes well. If not it is back to the gerber file drawing board and we make another one! We will publish the Schematic, Gerber files to make your own PCB. We will make a video on getting it running and show how to use it. All parts that I have bought I will listed in the BOM and sources I used. So far it's AdaFruit (NY) and Pololu (NV) All code will be posted for the ESP32 Vroom module. Most will be under the MIT open source License, when possible. I don't want to sell parts and deal with shipping and inventory. If anyone wants to jump in and do that all fine by Bob and I, you have our support. After the PCB is tested we will be designing a case and we will post DXF CAD and STL files from IntelliCAD CMS for you to 3D printing. We both have Prusa Mini+ printes so all pats will fit on a 6x6 inch bed. We're not mechanical engineers, we are retire hardware and software jocks. So bear with us!! We both have been running the ESP32 code for a few months now and are very pleased with it. Thanks for your interest and asking about it. It's been a long road but we excited about seeing the completed product in sight.

@@ProfessorVector well, I'm a retired hardware jock myself. I really appreciate what you're doing and subscribed to stay on top of it. I've got an old rigexpert aa-30 I got about 10 years ago for my "CB" days, been using a nanovna for vhf/uhf, but this looks like the ticket at the very least, it'll allow me the chance to rekindle an old skill.
