When Gumball 3000 Arrives in Japan!

- With Gumball 3000 having touched down in Japan, it's time to get back on the roads! First up, it's the short drive from Osaka to Kyoto, via a visit to the Central Circuit racetrack for the cars to have a play following their release through customs clearance. How crazy is it that these are the same cars we were just driving with in the UK, France and Italy!?
Starting off at the customs warehouse at Osaka airport, it's documentation time for the entrants to get their cars released and ready to hit the roads. In the mean time we're driving in the AMG GT R in Green Hell Magno from Mercedes-Benz Japan which is of course not in need of complicated documents.
At the checkpoint, many of the cars including the Bugatti Chiron, Ferrari 812superfast and Nismo GT-R N Attack hit the track for a few hot laps before continuing their journey to Kyoto.

Gumball 3000 has arrived in Japan, so it's time for the first leg from Osaka to Kyoto, via a stop at Central Circuit for a bit of fun on the way!

Kronos definitely depends on which part of which city you're talking about. I can provide plenty of photos. Singapore is clean, Japan not so much.

My wife and I were on a European road trip when we happened to bump into Shmee in Monaco in his 675LT by the McLaren dealership and I let him cross in front of us to enter. As a near day one subscriber I was excited and put my window down and shouted SHMEE!!! (I may have “accidentally” timed my wife and my European road trip holiday to coincide with Top Marques......) and gave him a thumbs up! My wife now ridicules me every time she here the Shmee150 theme tune or I give anybody the thumbs up by shouting “SHMEEEEEEEEE” at me ...... Tim did look slightly worried by my enthusiasm but was super friendly in the incredibly brief encounter. How the hell Shmee keeps the quality of content and genuine enthusiasm for all things automotive after all this time keeps him unique on TH-cam. Keep it up Tim, and I will keep taking the abuse from my wife!

Since the Japanese number plates only consist of numbers, the owners of supercars tend to put some sort of a number related to the car.
(i.e. “991”, “997”, “911” for 911s, “812” for SuperFasts, etc.)
Great vids, I am in Milan right now, just unfortunate that I was too late in Milan, still saw the p1 and a 911, I also was in Bologna before that but I was a day later in the Pagani factory😢
I must say the Japanese roads do seem very narrow compared to European ones would like to of you faced any problems. Anyways keep the great content coming. Shquad!!!

I would have loved to have seen more footage of the mile high Gumball party in the sky... :)

My initial comment was more an overall comment about the Gumballers in general not just about you and Ben. I'm keeping up from content uploaded by others like Mr JWW and Parker, Seb as well as Carvlogger although Seb's and Carvlogger's trips have now ended. Japan is looking good and I'm looking forward to more content as it is released. :)
