Hello Zameer. We are on Crete for three weeks. Your videos are worth their weight in gold to us. At least twice a day we say: Thank you Zameer 🖐️. Today we used your tip to use the free parking at Talos Plaza. The day before yesterday we also visited the fantastic prevelibeach from the 'easier' side, including free parking. We have already put so many tips into practice. Thank you for your effort. In this heat it is certainly sometimes a challenge. Take care of yourself. Roswitha and Uwe 🇬🇷💙🫶
We always have a rental car for the entire week. I think that the larger towns can be reached by public bus. With a car you can of course get to the less touristy places. (We prefer that)
Kalimera zameer, the wether looks very nice on crete. Just 2 days and whe are back on crete again. Whe can,t wait to see our friends again in malia. Thanks again for your video,s
Nice video as usual and like usual very handy for people on holiday to know were to go and what's worth visiting ,Me personally i prefer heraklion above chania and i know most people prefer the old town of chania, usually we stay regon chersonissos so we visit heraklion a few times while in crete because we like it there ,this year however we were in agia marina so we visited the area and chania two times, elafonisi etc... but we prefer the heraklion area more specific the coast line between agios Nikolaos and heraklion this is our preferred piece of crete , shure chania has a very beautiful old venetian port but so does rethimnon and we visit rethimnon every year no matter where we stay in crete , personally i found agia marina/platanias a bit boring at night compared to chersonissos/malia with a very vibrant nightlife anyways that's my personal opinion of course i can imagine some will disagree and prefer chania area and it's understandable we all have different expectations when on holiday
Hello friend, I visited Heraklion exactly 20 years ago. I would like to return to this beautiful island. I would like to visit the west part. Where do you recommend me to go?
we are currently in Crete. Just be careful. Contracts should be made before payment. They all have contracts. Take full special insurences...not full insurance c.w.d. Small Cars should be around 50euro
@@nameistverborgen Can you just answer my question if a car is needed or if public transportation is an option? I rather use public transportation if it's as good as it is in Paros.
The best tourist guide in the wonderful island of Crete, 💙💙💙💙💙

Hello, hello, what is up...? 😁
Hello. Does Crete have public transportation for tourists or is a car absolutely necessary? Thanks in advance for feedback.
A car is not a necessity in Crete because they have a good, frequent and affordable public transport systeem.
@@dnivillac3203 Thank you so much. I like to know I can get from Heroklion to Ghania without need of a rental car.
@@Mongoose-ct6us yes you can.
Route: Heraklion - short stop in Rethymno - Chania.
(You do not have to change busses.)
