Love the candle holder and candle! The baby food jars are so beautiful, love the cow labels! Love the faux book, adorable! The candle holders are amazing!❤️❤️
So many Great ideas, you’re very talented. My favorite were definitely the books and the candle holders with the chickens! Great job thanks for sharing ! God bless 🙏😍
I occasionally use tracing paper to print on. It's a lot sturdier than the tissue paper. I used to tape the printer paper and tissue paper together, but I discovered that a little swipe of a glue stick on the edges works great.
Shelly, I love that little candle shelf! That is such a great find - and I love the transformation. Thank you so much for the shout out - I really love what you did with the spool tags! Those little jars are just too stinkin' cute! Thank you bunches for sharing your inspiration with us - have a great week!
I love all your projects. However, I'm still in awe of the recent sunflower on the slate you did. Moving the stencil just a bit & going over it just bored me away. Can't wait to do it. Thank you, your ideas & inspiration are absolutely amazing. ❤❤❤️
I am assuming you mean the grubby steps. I have a playlist with one here that will explain step by step. Hopefully that helps, if it doesn’t let me know. *Grubby Mix Playlist - th-cam.com/video/nyN9zvyH05k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=sq8KbwRYiFXylBqc
I find it easier to use children's glue stick around the half inch of the printer paper edge and slowly apply the tissue paper. I use an iron to make sure it all lays flat. then put the tissue and printer paper through your printer. If you pull it apart slow enough after it is done printing you will not tear anything. Your print should come out fully intact. I have been doing this method for about 2 years now :) I normally make a bunch in advance. I get out my ironing board lay down the tissue paper and glue the printer paper in rows on top then cut. Hope this helps

Grubby mix is that the technique called or just what you call it? I’m never really been much into making my stuff look super old and grungy but I do like watching others do it. ❤❤ I don’t know why you’d think I would not want to watch but I love it. Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤
It's what I call the mix that I use to make things look grubby. Not sure I came up with either name on my own or not. I watch a lot of different crafters that do things that I don't want to do, but I enjoy watching them do it. Glad you enjoyed it.
I agree. Don’t think the grubby stuff looks good either. Perhaps way more light-handed might have looked alot better. Since you use it though, was it necessary to have painted them to begin with?
@@lumontoya9439 You probably couldn't tell in the video, but you can see through some spots on the jar after grubbying it. The green shows through. No color would be great if you used it for a candle to shine through better. Just trying to inspire different ideas and interest.
@@RepurposedMyWay Totally get what you’re saying. I guess from my original comment, it’s obvious I have no talent or knowledge when it comes to crafting! Thanks for being so gracious when responding to the comment. God bless you.

@@RepurposedMyWay you are welcome. it looks like something you could find in the KP Creek catalog.
@@diannaperry8116 I love that catalog! I get so excited when it comes in the mail. I can't afford much of it, but I like looking. lol
Thank you 🥰
Beautiful color of burgundy
Thank you 😊
Love the burgundy wood box (great dump find) and the sweet faux book. ❤
Thanks Cheryl! It has been slow over there lately, but it makes me get what I have done. lol
I often wonder if people back in the olden days decorated with things like the grubby jars.
Probably not an actual decoration. Grubby from everyday use and wood smoke i would imagine.
A job well done Shelly loved them all💖😊
I am happy you love them. Thanks so much Connie!
Dear Shelly ,I use the grubby mix to rust things up ! Works beautiful with a rusr colored paint . Thanks for that !
Wonderful! I'm so glad you like using it😊
I liked them all but, my favorites were the chickens on the candle holder.
I couldn't believe I found those chickens at the free shack. I grabbed those up quick. lol
Your little jars were really cute.
Thank you Sherry!
*blew me away, lol didn't realize my word correction did that. Love your crafts.

Hard to pick a favourite Shelly!
I am glad you like them. Thank you!!

Where do you get your flameless candles? I love the "wick."
I also love how you create your colors.
I buy them off Amazon. So many to choose from.😊

Yes it does help! Thank you. I was bummed when it didn’t work right. I will definitely try this method 😀
Shelley, do you have a source for the labels used on the small jars?

I thought the jars would have been prettier if you just used the wax on the whole jar, no grubby stuff. I thought the labels were adorable.
That definitely would have been good too. Traci has great printables.
