this is sick - loving those old shouts - this sounds like they're playing a song that is off their most recent album. I can't get over how vocally faithful these songs are - it's amazing.
This is the AFI that consumed my teenage years. I miss this AFI. Everything after Sing the Sorrow wasn't for me. Sorry AFI. Love you guys forever... but I don't want to remember you for Love Like Winter. Sing the Sorrow was phenomenal, and everything before was aggressive, thrashy, and it just fucking rocked and stuff like Morning Star and God Called in Sick Today made me cry. Some of the best out of EBHC, and the punk revival scene. Which is still a touchy term to me, but AFI were the fucking shit in the late 90s and early 2000s. Art of Drowning, Black Sails in The Sunset, All Hallows E.P., Sing The Sorrow. That is the AFI I remember and LOVE.

its obvious that davey still has fast goth punk voice so why on the new album does it sound like everything holly wood wants and mainstream I do not get it, can some one in lighten me lol?!!! Will always love the band but why oh why change :(
AFI has been changing with every album besides their first two albums... It is just now, they are 40+ years old and they now player a LITTLE softer now and people go nuts about it.
