    I opened my eyes and my whole room looked yellowish green, my body was heavy, my hand felt like it didn’t exist, but I was still in my room. Wow that was powerful.

      I felt the same like my eyes were closed and one moment they just opened and everything was green-ish and I jumped out because I didn't understand what happened

    I don’t have ADHD but my mind wanders around to what I’ll do in my DR or how it’ll look like or trying to remember my safe word- so this really helps! Thank you 🙏

      If ur safe word is something simple and easy like apple the moment you say it your not gonna come back to this reality unless you have intent to, like if you just say "I want an Apple" without intent of coming back here you won't and in a lot of cases you don't even need a safe word but it helps having one

      You might have adhd tho... Watch some videos about it and learn about maladaptive daydreaming. It's a symptom of a couple things one of them being adhd

    I was super sleepy and didn't realize I finished the meditation and then out of no where an ad came on and it started with a loud explosion 😭 it woke me right up. But this meditation was amazing! I actually got symptoms from it!

    THIS WAS SO POWERFUL.. i felt so heavy, my ear was ringing, i could feel my heartbeat in my legs and i had a light infront of my eyes. the ear ringing sotpped right when i opened my eyes. god this is so powerful

      @@MillaLukas Milla it's not just about listening, you have to meditate to it, and you do affirmations while meditating if they ask you to, if you didn't shift to void state during the meditation, then you have to start attempting to by affirming for shifting, and methods are not necessary, I don't use a method. Literally. even Master shifters don't use methods! Methods are bullshit and don't really matter or help that much unless your mind and body are fucked or you need some attachment to your DR and deattachment to your CR

    Using this guided meditation to shift 2nite since I have autism and adhd
    Time i used this: 10:20pm
    Dr: better Cr
    Symptoms: numbness,my room spinning,flashing white lights and not knowing where my hands were
    Did I shift/minishift: no,I woke up because it felt scaryy😭
    Did I have dreams about my dr: no
    How long did I stay:
    How did I feel the morning after: my head felt heavy and I kinda felt cranky😭
    This is my first time shifting in awhile,probably the best method I tried! I will check out some other methods as well.

    now i dont have adhd but this rlly helped me focus on my dr, and i actually had some pretty decent symptoms for the first time in a while. i was literally just listening and 4x during the video i saw random flashes of bright white light for a split second, the first time was the brightest. i could also visualize my dr really well so while i havent shifted yet id like to think i got really close

    I tried using this subliminal last night and I didn’t shift, but I got amazing signs and symptoms. I think one of the main things is trying not to get to overwhelmed or excited when you get the symptoms, you need to stay relaxed. I’m gonna use this subliminal again tonight.

    Flashing
    Muscle twitches especially under and around my eyes
    Spinning
    I could smell my DR
    When you said to walk around I could feel, hear, smell and see everything clearly

    this made me feel extremely confident in my affirmations and ability to shift. i wasn’t able to shift because i’m having really bad insomnia today and awake methods don’t usually work well for me, but i’ll definitely try this again in the future! i felt like i could focus really well and my visualization felt like some of the best i’ve ever done while trying to shift. i know i can shift it’s just a matter of when it’ll happen

    I don't know if I have ADHD or not because I just gave up on therapy a year ago.
    But it's EXTREMELY hard for me to concentrate, it's so frustrating. I can't concentrate on anything, living is not easy this way and I always end up so annoyed, I try to focus but I can't, and when I try to meditate, I also can't. I start breathing deeply and slowly, thinking about my dr or whatever, and one minute later I am thinking about ANYTHING ELSE... 😭
    It's so annoying because I get mad and give up or just try to meditate again and after one milion times trying, I accidentally sleep.
    BUT THIS MEDITATION SAVED MY LIFE. Honestly I don't even have words to express how grateful I am for this. Of course I didn't focused sometimes, but I always kind of came back from distractions earlier and it wasn't something forced or that made me frustrated or mad, just occurred naturally????? I can't even explain, and the fact that they repeat the questions is so good because I don't miss anything even if I get distracted for a moment. Also when people snap their fingers I usually get a little bothered but this time I didn't. The entire meditation was so relaxing and I felt so good. Seriously, thank you so much, thank you thank you THANK YOU.
    I ended up falling asleep in the middle of it but I was very tired before sooooo...
    But it's also the first time I don't blame myself for falling asleep, I had a good sleep and woke up feeling SO WELL. I will certainly try this meditation again.

    i dont have diagnosed adhd but i tend to lose focus really really easily while trying to shift with the raven method, this helped sm! i havent actually shifted yet for the first time but i had a lot of symptoms! i gave up and went to sleep tho lol

    This was an absolutely amazing subliminal, I didn’t shift because when it ended my earbuds were uncomfortable and i had to take them out, but even with me opening my eyes I still felt like I was shifting. I opened m eyes and was aware that I hadn’t shifted but I could HEAR the ticking of the clock I had described to the left of my bedside in my DR. And, I don’t even have any clocks in my room!, or any nearby I would hear.

    I got the strongest symptoms throughout my shifting journey with this. My eyes were moved too much throughout the method. First I felt my head being pushed through the pillow, while this happen, I felt that Alunir's voice was going away. Then I get back and felt another big symptoms. First I saw the color of the ceiling and then saw the ceiling blurry behing my eyelid. At that moment, I was going crazy with excitement😣. I felt cold because where I would wake up was an igloo. Then I imagined the fireplace and felt the warmness. The reason I fail was because I was thinking at that moment I was excitedly telling my friend how I got too close to shifting... 🥲 I am still feeling the numbness in my body. I will continue my journey with more motivation 😁 Thank you for this beautiful meditation 💓💓

    There is one feature I noticed with this track that I haven't heard on any other meditation track before that I really like. I really like how you made your voice slowly pan from one ear to the other and back again like a pendulum. For some odd reason, my eyes under my closed eyelids would move back and forth following the sound of your voice. Brilliant!
    Of course, this is best noticed if headphones are used.

    ok i actually shifted with this, although it wasnt my desired reality but it was something ok. and no i didnt feel any symptoms but i usually dont feel symptoms too so it's fine. i used this as an awake method actually and i fr felt like i was in between worlds???? anyways thank you alunir!!

    did i shift/minishift - almost, but no unfortunately
    symptoms - lots of tingles, felt a falling sensation, bright flashing lights. i ended up having a lucid dream and almost shifting, but i took too long to actually start affirmations.
    morning after - i was so drained i slept for like 12 hrs. i had a huge migraine too but it was so worth it.
    notes - i feel like i couldve shifted if i was faster with my affirmations, as soon as i was about to start with affirmations i woke up unfortunately. im gonna try again tonight (hopefully i do another reality check in my dreams) and keep you guys updated bc omg this works so well.

    LAST NIGHT I HEARD SOMETHING FROM MY DR OMG ok so i used this last night as something to fall asleep to at first. when i used it i did but didnt have the intention to shift 😭 as alunir was talking i was like fading in and out of sleep and i felt regular shifting symptoms throughout it. as i was getting to the end of the video, alunir was talking and i heard knocking (which i said i would hear when i wake up) i also didn’t have a script or anything i just told myself what was gonna happen and where i was gonna go. but i didn’t realize i heard the knocking until after i heard it 💀 and thought i it was the video until i realized it wasn’t and this is probably the closest i’ve been to shifting 😭😭

    Thank you so very much for this guided meditation. As i shifted in my desired reality, i saw a variety of powerful religious images of God, Jesus, the disciples, the cross, the resurrection, everything... interspersed with mundane personal hair color, the wall, being an astronaut, working on late school work, waking up on a bed by the beach, walking in the forest... everything!!! this was so powerful and liberating to also allow my judgments to pass me by like clouds in the sky, to truly free my mind and let it roam freely. i have adhd, and I am Christian, but man, this guided meditation put me closer to God the person, the son, and the holy spirit.

    this was the first time in a while when i decided to shift again, and this was the best method i’ve ever used, i felt a lot of symptoms like my dr feeling extremely real, and i felt like i was sinking and muscle twitches and other stuff but unfortunately i didn’t shift bc right after this video started playing some other video which brought me back out of my dr but i’m gonna tey again, hopefully i’m gonna shift now :)

    Had heavy symptoms on this one, possibly nearly shifted but i just cannot make visuals and forget where my body is laying in (my room) so it’s really hard to forget that i am in my room. Whenever i try to visualize, it always reminds me that i’m in my room. Crying cuz i was so excited to finally get out of my cr, and get to my favourite show with my comfort cast.     Hello! Its been a while I think. I tried shifting to this last year with the longer ADHD method video (that's been deleted now I think) but lets just say..I had very bad sleep difficulties and pretty bad intrusive thoughts that kept me from sleeping well. HOWEVER, I finally got my sleep together and I can sleep comfortably now and I wanna try shifting again! I will try shifting today to my Moomins DR and updated my script from last year
    Sat 1 2023: OKAY SO I was feeling very sleepy but i didnt fall asleep. I was starting to feel very “grounded” ig? Like i was sinking idk. I had random moments of slight tingles in my fingertips. And i heard like a footstep which couldve been from my DR or CR im not sure. And muscle twitchs. My body temperature also went high super fast. Anyway, i couldnt shift because i forgot to turn off my time limit thingy on my phone and it abruptly stop the video which caused me to open my eyes.
    So yeah i couldnt shift. But i was surprisingly very good at visualizing this time. Ik next i will shift tho cuz im a master shifter >:D

    I have really bad ADHD so I can’t focus on much to try using a shufting method. I’m still at the start of the video, but I’ll update sometime in the next week how it goes! After reading the comments I have high hopes. My friend shifted with this method. I will shift tonight. Wish me luck!!!

      Amazing video. The snapping noises along with being told to focus really helps. Unfortunately I ended up falling asleep but trying again tonight.

    This is the closest I have EVER been to shifting and I have been trying since 2020. I know for a fact that I was literally in the progress of shifting and I never understood when people say "I got so scared when I was shifting, I got so nervous" etc. But now I do cause I was freaking the f out cause I knew 100% that I was shifting and the feeling I felt was so overwhelming and scary (?) I have no idea how to explain what I felt and saw but just to let you guys now it was all in a good way. It was just so scary to wrap my mind ab the fact that I was literally shifting and the feeling I felt is out of this world literally. Once again I have no idea how I am supposed to explain this or how it feels to shift but it feels literally magical. I have been into shifting since 2020 and I've always believed it but still there was a bit of doubt, but after this attempt I am one hundred % a believer and I hope for anyone that they will come there too one day and that you guys will shift. I am going to try again but with an other method to see what works best for me or what works in general. Just so yk this method worked really good for ME this can be different for anyone else and a very important thing, you are the one that makes you shift, you are the one giving the final push and deciding to shift and actually the shift, not the method, not the routine you followed before hand, not the meditation whatever, they help you, but YOU are the one who makes you shift. Now go and SHIFT!

      it's been a year so i don't know if this is even still an issue for you or not, but specifically for shifting and music you've gotta try out the app musi, it's still got ad's but they're all muted and they won't interrupt anything you play. it specifically just plays youtube music videos but without ads, basically a free work-around without needing to get an extra subscription. happy shifting and good luck ✨

    I saw some small flashes of white, and then all of a sudden I saw like a purple color that was slowly getting a bit bigger. And then minimized, and I didn’t see it. I was thinking about my dr, and then all of a sudden I felt a sharp tug on my abdomen. I was so surprised but I stayed still. Not shifting yet, but the symptoms were surprising! I will shift, and I am so excited. Shifting is so easy

    it was working at first but i do have a pretty rowdy environtment so i got really frustrated like more than half way and just gave up because i couldn't focus nor relax properly. got some tingly feeling on my fingers, will definitly try on another night.

    Is it weird that I don't use this for meditation or shifting but rather to sleep to? Alunir's voice is soothing. I have sensory issues and the sound of the snaps scratches an itch in my brain that puts me to sleep.

    ive been trying to shift for years now and today was insane. i felt twitching all over my body and my heartbeat felt like it was expanding in my body, when i opened my eyes it looked like my finger was fading. gonna try this again tonight and ill give updates :)

    y’all. this is the closest i’ve ever gotten, i had a lucid dream and in that dream i told my self to make my dr i couldn’t make it but i woke up but this was amazing i thought about lucid dreaming in my LUCID dream

    I usually don’t comment on things but this is my first time ever trying to shift and I got the feeling of semi-amnesia? I could explain it more in-depth but it would be a whole essay (heavily exaggerating). I’m just like- in shock right now lol. Definitely going to us this again tomorrow night!

      although I have to say my dreams were kinda different, hard to describe neither the DR but also not 100 % lucid dreams where I had control over my own body but more like I was aware and in the dreams I thought about the concept of shifting.

    I didn't make it today but I got many symptoms, that was actually the only method that really gave me such powerfull symptoms! Also, when I opened my eyes I felt so dizzy. This guided meditation helped me alot, I'll use it one other time when I will be in a school period less stressfull!

    Was thinking to myself: “I don’t have ADHD, but I hear people get close to shifting with this audio” AND OH BOY DID I FEEL STUFF AND TINGLES RHAT I HAVNT IN A LONG WHILE.
    My whole body felt tingles, I think at one point i felt so tense that I felt I was bent at an angle though. While trying to visualize my dr at some point I felt my vision was flown to the stars and I could see each one of them sparkling. My surrounding sound in my CR (fan in my dads room) started to go quiet. I felt as if my hands were stiff/had something in them/were being held. I heard artificial noises of shoes crunching on the ground. I was able to visualize at a medium level the character I was shifting for, visualizing his voice, what he looked like, and his touch as i visualized him grounding me as if I was daydreaming.
    But at the end I felt so tensed up, uncomfortable, and had a intense itch on my face that my brain went “just move, you’ll wake up in your desired reality trust”.
    I in fact didn’t, and I think it was because unlike usual, a small voice kept doubting and not believing that I could shift. I mean it has been ~2-3 years whenever shifttok started, and I was never able to successfully visualize ghost games with friends .
    BUT IM STILL GOING FOR IT AGAIN TONIGHT!! I CAN SHIFT!! I ALLOW MYSELF TO SHIFT!! I WILL SHIFT!! I AN CAPABLE OF SHIFTING!! I WILL SHIFT TONIGJT!! I AND WE CAN DO THIS YALL!!!!
    Night 2: Fell asleep, will try again later.

    ok so i tried it as an awake method and i did some meditation before so i was already pretty relaxed
    symptoms - my arms went completely numb and my eyes were fluttering
    i didnt shift but i do really like this method and i will try it again tonight!

    Try 1: I opened my eyes at the end of 16 mins cuz of the fear of failure or success I dunno. I connected to my dr very well tho. In try 2 rn, I will try to complete the meditation. Thanks for reading

    This is so good, I tried to shift twice with this and I got loads of symptoms and I would have shifted, but on both tries I had to get up, the first time I got scared because I had never shifted before and the 2nd what today because my mum was coming upstairs and she was coming into my room 😢

    It was working, I was getting the symptoms and everything until I got an itchyness on my hand (I'm going through a really bad eczema phase) and it broke the spell. I'll keep trying until I shift, we're not giving up here💪
