BG3: Thwart Astarion's Ascension ritual and he tries to kill you

This is from the first time I chose this option.
During Astarion's ascension, if you kill Cazador, Astarion will be very upset and turn on you. I was surprised at this. Astarion is an idiot if he thinks he can beat an archmage (Gale). I casted the Globe of Invulnerability to see if I could talk him out of it. Nope, I had to kill him. It was great.
There wasn't any dialog regarding his romance, nor did Gale have anything to say about the matter after the fact.
Includes Gur's exit scene without Astarion.
