The trouble was, the comics code really took the bite out of stories and that is why the villains were so weak. I did love Baby Doll though, that episode was so dark and heartbreaking.
You were kind of wrong about Baby Doll's motivation. For one thing, SHE was the one who cancelled the show. The primary thing though was that the show WASN'T what she wanted. She wanted to fit in. The show was a WAY to fit in but she knew that it was still just pretend. So that whole thing was just a desperate attempt to find her place knowing full well it wasn't. That's why she ended up defeating herself in the end. She didn't have a working plan and she knew it. So she was just grasping at straws to find a place that she felt didn't exist. If you see the sequel to the episode, it shows that even Batman couldn't help her there.
Dude, the clock king was an amazing character. The concept being a man who was so tightly wound could fight batman understanding his every move and dodge them all. Also his voice actor was amazing (I'm talking about BTAS version)

I sure wish I was a little younger in the 90's so I could have got into watching the Batman animated series. I was in high school at that time. Sadly I was past the age of coming home after school to watch cartoons. As I got older and more into The Bat (and learning the great Mark Hamill was the voice of the joker) I really started to get into the animated series.
The Calculator has also been overhauled in more recent times, he's kind of become more of a criminal version of Oracle functioning as more of a hacker and information broker for villains. It's kinda funny that some of the sillier enemies have gotten more interesting in more recent times.

Calendar Man was masterfully reinvented in The Long Halloween as a Hannibal Lector type manipulative sociopath, but then DC got all reboot happy and made him a hulking brute who just tattoos dates on his body because he has trouble remembering them in the aftermath of the Zero Year storyline.
I think Condiment King didn't make it because he didn't voluntarily become a villain. That and like another poster said, he was awesomely terrible. He makes you laugh more than he makes you groan because he was never meant to be taken seriously.

This is a great list, but I'm shocked that you didn't include Simon the Pieman. In the 1968 cartoon The Adventures of Batman, there was a villain terrorizing Gotham who just so happened to be a pastry chef. Yes, the nefarious Simon the Pieman, who also had a Russian Femme Fatale sidekick for some reason, menaced the Caped Crusader multiple times as the show tried to make him the ultimate foe of the World's Greatest Detective. Remember, folks, pastry chefs are evil - that was the lesson, I think...
Do you happen to know that Calculator has since evolved into an information broker and a longtime fan-favorite character? He managed to score several appearances in other media, as well, being rather notable on "Arrow". I wouldn't exactly call him nearly as weird as, for example, Condiment King. Plus, I can safely say that Batman's Rogues Gallery is all the more appealing thanks to all the weirdness: we've got to a point where it is actually an interesting question whether there's something wrong with Gotham (it is, in most versions).

It does tread a fine line between "weird" and "pointless", but that's all down to interpretation anyway. he likes of Polka-dot Man and Calculator Man are useless as villains, whereas Egghead (created for the classic series) has a knowing silliness and charm to him; Mr. Freeze is a bit of a "hmm" entry as it might be more down to mis-cast Schwarzenegger's bad performance, as many villain's portrayals have wildly varied over the yeas (The Joker himself included). How about a 10 Weirdest 'He-Man' characters or 10 Weirdest 'Doctor Who' monsters? :)

For years I've seen that giant penny displayed in the Batcave but never knew were it came from. In the Knight Fall series, Bane even used the copper trophy as a weapon when he invaded the Batcave. "The Calculator" is now just Calculator and he is basically Villain tech support in the DCU. He is used in the game DCUO as the opposite of the Justice League's use of former Batgirl, Barbra Gordon's, Oracle to relay tech support and communication. There are two, sort of, bad villain's from Batman: The Animated series. Pack Rat a criminal who commits crimes to collect junk and refuse and Condiment King who commits crimes using ketchup and mustard firing guns, but as both were brainwashed by the Joker into being these villains I don't think they count.
I don't think you did Baby Doll enough justice. She brought the cast back together because in her mind, she was happier when they were doing the show before she quit because she believed the new character, Cousin Spunky, of stealing the spotlight from her, hence why she also planned to kill Spunky and the cast with him.

Baby Doll actually sounds like she'd be a cool main antagonist of a Batman Movie. I mean it's based on a real condition which actually sounds terrifying and imagine all the mind games she could play on people including Batman. All she has to do is pretend to be a lost kid and plead for help from Gordon or someone else who wants to help others and then when they fall for it the situation becomes a horror movie like Chucky or something.

The reason being; he wanted a list of characters least likely to appear because of how absurd they are. And Schumacher went on record by saying he wanted to bring back the Adam West Batman nostalgia. Hence why Freeze and Robin had bad puns. Robin saying holey rusted metal Batman in Batman forever.

If you ever decide to do a video on Superman villains look up Zha-Vam who had an epic 3 part battle with Superman in the late 60s (and was likely a reference to Captain marvel.) Or the Composite Superman who appeared in Worlds Finest and beat the Superman Batman team each time he appeared.

Yeah I remember the Babydoll episode hit a nerve with me too. That show had a good way of making you think and feel. I miss the animated series...good times.
Ok let me suggest a few of more recent ones. Johnny Karaoke, a singing yakuza assassin with Geisha themed back-up dancers. While most of the goofier members of Batman's Rogue's gallery come from the 60s and 70s this guy was actually created in 2007! Orca. A mad scientist who transformed herself into an anthropomorphic killer whale woman. She probably would have made a welcome addition to Aquaman's rogue's gallery but hoo boy did she look silly running around Gotham. Created by legendary GI Joe writer Larry Hana in 2000. Mortimer Kadaver, this decisively on-the-nose named villain is a gangster who lives in a haunted house and is obcessed with torture and death. He basically looks and acts like an evil version of Gomez Adams. Created by Alan Grant in 1988.
Hear are some more weird recent ones. Dr. Freak a hippie mad scientist who wants to hook Gotham City on a drug called LSD 2000. (Introduced in 1996.) Mother Grimm, a kindly old woman who maintains a gang of fairy-tale themed criminals while luring homeless children to her giant underground amusement park. (Introduced in 2001) Curtis & Brigit Eisenmann. Curtis is a former GCPD helicopter pilot who was disfigured in a crash that he blames Batman for. He comes back in a suit of armor looking for revenge but the real villain is his mother Brigit a nazi mad scientist that wants to have Batman's babies. (Created in 1991.)

As a kid I never was a fan of the Batman animated series... mostly cause I was too dumb to get into the more mature aspects of the show. XD But one episode I did actually saw and never forgot was the babydoll episode. This ending, even for dumb little old me had a huge impact. Would love to see this character make a return in some form or another. Either show, game or comic. Imagine her in an arkham game as a side mission villian, where you mostly use your detective skills, this would be awesome Also, am I the only one who was absolutly dissapointed to find out that the giant Penny in the Batcave is NOT from Twoface but some lame ass C/D grade villain?

The whole reason they used Schwarzenegger was the accent, Mr Freeze was of Germanic heritage.

If you ever decide to do a video on Superman villains look up Zha-Vam who had an epic 3 part battle with Superman in the late 60s (and was likely a reference to Captain marvel.) Or the Composite Superman who appeared in Worlds Finest and beat the Superman Batman team each time he appeared.

6) I like to compare Polka Dot Man's polka dots to the capsules used by Capsule Corp. And now that we've seen the trailer for The Suicide Squad, it's kinda exciting to see him try to be portrayed as a serious threat

Yeah I remember the Babydoll episode hit a nerve with me too. That show had a good way of making you think and feel. I miss the animated series...good times.
Ok let me suggest a few of more recent ones. Johnny Karaoke, a singing yakuza assassin with Geisha themed back-up dancers. While most of the goofier members of Batman's Rogue's gallery come from the 60s and 70s this guy was actually created in 2007!
Orca. A mad scientist who transformed herself into an anthropomorphic killer whale woman. She probably would have made a welcome addition to Aquaman's rogue's gallery but hoo boy did she look silly running around Gotham. Created by legendary GI Joe writer Larry Hana in 2000.
Mortimer Kadaver, this decisively on-the-nose named villain is a gangster who lives in a haunted house and is obcessed with torture and death. He basically looks and acts like an evil version of Gomez Adams. Created by Alan Grant in 1988.
Hear are some more weird recent ones. Dr. Freak a hippie mad scientist who wants to hook Gotham City on a drug called LSD 2000. (Introduced in 1996.)
Mother Grimm, a kindly old woman who maintains a gang of fairy-tale themed criminals while luring homeless children to her giant underground amusement park. (Introduced in 2001)
Curtis & Brigit Eisenmann. Curtis is a former GCPD helicopter pilot who was disfigured in a crash that he blames Batman for. He comes back in a suit of armor looking for revenge but the real villain is his mother Brigit a nazi mad scientist that wants to have Batman's babies. (Created in 1991.)
The Penny Plunderer and Two Face..... that would a fun duo.
they retcon the Giant Coin come from a Fight with Two Face in recent years.

Babydolls episode was tragic and very sad. There was genuine despair and hopelessness felt through the episode
9) Calendar Man was masterfully reinvented in The Long Halloween as a Hannibal Lector type manipulative sociopath, but then DC got all reboot happy and made him a hulking brute who just tattoos dates on his body because he has trouble remembering them in the aftermath of the Zero Year storyline.
Calculator sounds way more menacing if you think about some crazed genius that's able to calculate extremely fast, if they remade him with that ability. Imagine him and the Clock King working together
As a kid I never was a fan of the Batman animated series... mostly cause I was too dumb to get into the more mature aspects of the show. XD But one episode I did actually saw and never forgot was the babydoll episode. This ending, even for dumb little old me had a huge impact. Would love to see this character make a return in some form or another. Either show, game or comic.
Imagine her in an arkham game as a side mission villian, where you mostly use your detective skills, this would be awesome
