The panflute reminds me of Spirit Tracks. That and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon are the games I think about the most. You, LOrbShebby, are awesome. Your remixes are techno, but the original song is still recognisable.
I've loved this theme every since my first battle with Primal Dialga in EoT. You did a fantastic job remixing this theme. It definitely didn't stray to far from the original but is just far enough to make it an epic remix. Can't wait for more remixes in the future!!!

Do you use FL Studio to make your remixes? If so, many I ask, what's your "schedule" for making them? Do you start with drums, or the main beat? I'm asking because I'm going to (hopefully) get FL Studio 12 soon.
Well, let's see... Normally I start with a chord progression and add a general beat to see how it sounds. I tweak it a bit here and there, and if I'm happy with it, I move on to melodies and bassline. Eventually, when the song demands it, I can decide whether or not I should have variations in percussion, like a fill or a change in beat. Then I add melody variations and harmonies, and solos if need be. Then, it's off to mixing! It's not exactly the best system, but it works for me. Hope this helps! (:
I use FL11, however I may upgrade to FL12 in the near future. Using a computer or laptop are both fine. I find a laptop more convenient, but that's just in my situation. I understand your dilemma, so I hope I'm helping!
My laptop is a piece of crap, what type of laptop mine is is irrelevant. Although I don't know what would be good, something with good processing power and memory? Honestly, any laptop, in my opinion, will get you through. Even the piece o' junk I have... XD
