pretty much was born using tilt to steer in racing games and gradually got better, honestly prefer horizon tilt, reason is same from raptor. tips are really useful for beginners though, overall very useful vid :D
I just switched from an s10e to a Tab s7 so this is great for me. I couldn't tilt to steer before because the screen was too small to avoid stationary cars. Now on tablet I'm trying to get better and it's much more fun than touch drive. Thanks for the tips. For motorcycles we are taught to look where we are going so you don't crash, especially taking turns. In a car though, I look everywhere, near and far, so I can be prepared for everything's bad drivers may throw at me.
Although the video has been there for more than a yea, I really enjoyed it. Thanks, bro. if you have more videos about shortcuts in Asphalt 9, please share with us. Much appreciated!!
What kills me in Tilt Controls in A9 is the fact that brake controls works like on/off when you touch it, instead of working like TD in which it works as long as you have the command pressed on (which is like real life). Or at least they should give us an option to use brake both ways in MD.
Tilt To Steer is just so easy to drive, and can keep speed better, most people were lazy so they just use TouchDrive. Edit: And it was so annoying if TouchDrivers goes the same way as you they will hit or block you and you will lose bunch of speed.
Thank u for making this video. It's much needed for a Touchdrive player like me. Maybe we can have a closer look at the wrist movements in your future videos.
Problem with high sensitivity is that, cars like corvette are too sensitive therefore while drifting you end up hitting the inside of the corner and lose speed. This is very annoying
If you want to be a good manual player you must have all the tracks details that where is ramps and which is the shortest path of the track and also knowledge of speed tricks that will actually help you otherwise it will frustrate you
I know how to play games on keyboard and mouse and tilt or whatever game on mobile BUT I don't know how to play games on controller the only game I know is Asphalt 9 that i can play properly on controller. BTW great video keep It up.
Can I ask how to switch on horizon tilt please I've been driving for more then a year and a half with touch drive always on lately they are destroying my car at all times in multi player and decided to by a controller I'm finding it difficult to start this new chapter of touch drive switched off thanks in advance Mario
I am using button for 1 year and still want to switch from that, bcz it's very hard to control high class cars at start, I use touchdrive at the start so I won't lose acceleration, if I press right or left at the start, the car will turn 45 degrees 😑

I have a issue with selecting which manuals controls should i use, I've been using tap for a long time, but i see a lot of people using tilt, and sometimes I feel like i must use just tilt. Should I just use tilt and step away from tap?
It's not necessarily bad to use tap. I just think it's better to use tilt since you are more involved in the game, but just do whatever suits you best.
Dude I'm top 1% of the players on iOS and I'm only looking at the car lmaooooo Edit: my sensifity is about 85 or something. I just tilt my phone some milimeters and that's enough to go around sharp corners
Steering sensitivity makes your car turn more easily. If it feels like a brick when turning, tuning it up a bit will stop that hinderance and lets you turn more smoothly.
Arguably, all of the control options on Asphalt 9 are awful. Td isn't an option, tap to steer is too much for 2 thumbs and limit you, tilt is inconsistent and makes it impossible to play if you are not in a room with zero sunlight! Either you're jittery with high sensitivity but can see or you go more accurate and lost the ability to see what you're doing. Definitely needs a middle ground where its more free than tapping but not inconsistent enough to be free roam like tilt.
"Playing tilt controls for 12 years"
I didn't even realize since how long tilt control has become a thing
They used a cheat trick i think in tilt to play easy
By far the most helpful tilt to steer guide for A9

I use td and tilt. I mainly use td and yse tilt to use speed tricks
@@CoreFlax That's called Toggle TD, my good man/woman, and it has become a savior since GL added the option of changing controls in mid race.

I control my sensitivity by using D & C Class at 75%; B Class cars at 50%; A & S Class at 25%. 😉
Problem with high sensitivity is that, cars like corvette are too sensitive therefore while drifting you end up hitting the inside of the corner and lose speed. This is very annoying
Could you please upload a handcam video ?
My life was a lie, I was using tap to steer for forever
Please give tips for tap to steer marf...

I feel bad with tilt is verry hard to drive how to make it easy ?
We can use the conners of the phone to steer faster i mean that is what i do
I am a tilt to street since I was born. So I am pretty bad at keyboard
Do these tips also apply for Switch as well? This platform still requires its own button controls.
When I try to play asphalt 9 with touch drive off with controller and try to tilt it doesn’t work how do I fix it
Thank you boy.
The setting of the numbers. Just got no tilt horizon
is it good to raise the tilt to steer up to 100%
@Marf which camera view did you use in these videos?
Tips for touch to steer please 🙂

Bro how your graphics are so high
what is the best sensivity for tts

I play on Nintendo switch
TTS in a9 is unintuitive af. Just compare it with TTS in RR3.
I'm using 96 sensitivity
Hey, i dont understand whats a Steering sensitivity, can somebody explain in the replies? I'm trying to stop using touchdrive!
Steering sensitivity makes your car turn more easily. If it feels like a brick when turning, tuning it up a bit will stop that hinderance and lets you turn more smoothly.
This doesn’t have to do with the handling stat but rather how wide your car wants to turn.
Sensitivity

Use the Controller. Any Console Controllers are the best for Consistency during races.
