Just in is this Real Deal 1972 Chevelle Super Sport that is believed to be a 4 owner car with the previous owner knowing all other 3. It has lived in his area its whole life. It is believed to be a original 42185 mile car and still supports its numbers matching 350 4bb engine that don't look like it has even been out of the car. Its floors, frame, and trunk floor are 100 percent original and super clean. Its exterior paint, was repainted once 20 years ago over its very solid original body. This Super Sport came from the factory with the 14-14 code pewter silver and that is exactly what it was painted back to. Its black bucket seat 704 A51 Interior has had the front seats recovered and new carpet other than that the rest of the interior is all original including its rubbers. This is a super nice driving and looking Super Sport that is ready to jump in and enjoy. It comes equipped with power steering, power front disc brakes, dual exhaust, factory tachometer, gauges, am fm digital radio, cowl hood, and is riding on a newer set of Cragar SS rims with Fire hawk RWL tires. Another neat fact about this SS is it came with stripe delete and that is exactly how it has always been. Kind of neat that this chevelle is very close to being exactly how it left the factory. It runs and drives great down the road and is ready to enjoy.

Nice car.never heard of a 350 ss on a 72.thought 396 or 454
1971 and 1972 Chevelle SS was very confusing. 307, 350, 396( sometimes called a 400 turbojet and was really a 402) and 454 were available. In 1972 only the 454 badge would be added onto the fender, Im not sure about 1971 badging. There was also a little known option called " The Heavy Chevy" that looked like a SS and later many were cloned into Chevelle Super Sport models.

All 1971-'72 Chevelle domed hoods came standard w/hood pins.
I’d drop an LS3 in this car and add 4 wheels disc brakes with fatter low profile tires.

Stripes are not cool.... just era. clean styling of body show better.
