I just realized that Will Tennyson is not a fitness channel with food in it, it's a food channel targeted at the fitness community. And I'm here for it.
I’ve been experimenting with anabolic coffee but rather than a handheld blender I’ve been using my ninja. Using protein powder on top of this adds in some more protein and volume but perhaps I could perfect this and make a more anabolic version of the foomey coffee
Man your workouts are amazing !! I've seen such quick results in gaining strength doing those movements which you recommend. It's been absolutely amazing. Keep the content coming 👍
I died. The ab workout had me spitting food out of my mouth. Had to replay several times. Funny as hell. Most fitness/bro channels are dry as burnt to a crisp toast on the surface of the sun, can only watch with the sound off. This guy is extremely witty, doesn't take himself too seriously and provides value at the same time. Personality is absolute fire not to mention not too bad to look at. Perfect formula. Congrats on your success, you deserve it!!!
Will has been such an inspiration for me , I used to weigh 270lbs , now I’m at 220lbs, he’s journey and fitness tips have helped me so much , that I can’t thank him enough
For the coffee. I do recommend putting the "whipped" part in the bottom, topping it off with hot milk and stirring it. Make that for guests for special occasions, and its always a hit. Not as "instagramable" though....
The challenge at the end reminiscent of the Stallone challenge where do you need to be bottom as in the case of most women who carry a larger percentage of their weight in the lower body in comparison to most men who have more weight in their upper body making it an impossible challenge if ur top heavy. Its all physics.

I actually love the tortilla "hack". I had older tortillas once and they could not be rolled cuz they were breaking so i remember this. It totaly saved the day and since that day i make them this way all the time. Its easier to put it in a grill too.
They gym at my school has treadmills with solitaire built into it, so basically all my cardio on my last cut was just 12/3/(however long solitaire distracted me) and let me tell you time flies ridiculously fast. I couldn’t count how many times I looked up and realized 45 min had passed haha
Katie made me feel a lot better about how hard I feel like push-ups are. Sometimes watching all these super fit people do push-ups makes me feel like I'm not making good strength progress.
A lot of women/girls don’t want to be strong. My fiancée is the same as Katie, can do maybe 3 push-ups (terrible form) but she’s all about marathon running/squatting. She’s similar build to Katie but Katie might be taller
Bro incline walking is the best “easy” form of cardio for anyone at any age in my opinion. No matter where you’re at, a steady pace at any incline is a cheat code to burning more calories

You should do a training plan for women, would it be different than your normal strength training? How would you eat if you were limited to 1,500-1,800 calories?
@@stargazerbird exactly, im at 1500 when not working out and 1700 when working out. I fucked up my diet when i ate 100% carbs, so, at least ive learnt one thing: more protein and veggies
I do 10 incline at 3.7 mph for 30 minutes and I'm drenched in sweat when I'm done. Treadmill says it burns 360 cals (yes I know, not the most accurate) and I've lost 25 pounds and 8% body fat in 3 months so I'm happy with it. I absolutely hate running and don't mind doing this at all 4 times a week. Just gotta have a good youtube video or two to watch while doing it
I wonder if Will was accidentally going at 3km/hr instead of 3 mph. I know when I do something similar it’s always way higher, and seems a lot faster than he was going 😂

That Ramen lasagna definitely inspired by someone who has spent time behind bars. When I was in jail we came up with some surprisingly good recipes with whatever we could get from the meals and through commissary. Ramen is a go to for making a spread which is sort of like pizza with a ramen crust. Tuna, pickles, hot cheetos, and a number of other strange ingredients often made it onto the spread and it always turned out good. There are cookbooks written for recipes you can make with the limited options you get in jail. I never tried it but a guy I met told me if you mix powdered milk and sprite it tastes just like cheesecake.

Not proud to admit it but I have a long history of substance abuse that ended up with me shooting heroin and meth and drinking absurd amounts of alcohol. I was all strung out one night and basically woke up in jail charged with 5 counts of burglary of vehicle, one 2nd degree felony burglary of habitation, and a felony possession of heroin. I did 65 days in jail and dodged some bullets bc I was looking at years of prison time. Glad those days are behind me. I haven't used meth or heroin in years and I feel lucky to be alive.

You can thank me later. Also look up greek frape. Enjoy!

Incline walk @ 15 degrees 3mph is my favorite form of gym cardio (favorite overall is outside running). Efficient for burning calories but it’s still possible knock out some TV while doing it. I do 40 minutes (2 miles) at a time
For the table challenge, I have a theory that this mostly isn't working simply because you have bigger feet. You're taking bigger steps back, so when you put your head against the wall, you're actually leaning forward slightly, not just bending at the hips. So, it would make sense if you couldn't realign yourself.
I can do both. Men tend to work out their upper body like crazy but neglect their lower body so they would be top heavy and women tend to focus on being slim and building a thicker base. A good point with the foot size. Not really a "man" "woman" thing just a body composition thing.

Excellent suggestion. It’s much more of a challenge to eat good filling meals plus enough protein when you are not eating male body builder calories.
I think it really depends on what the women wants to focus on just like men . Training towards your focus rather then putting women and men in one box

One of the tests Swedish firemen do is 10-15 min with 20kg on the back with 12 degrees incline 6km/h, and with full gear.

I actually do 3.5 @ 15 incline everyday for 5 miles. Burns a lot of calories. Incline walking is easy to adapt to as well once you start.

12-3-30 is rookie numbers. Go for 15% incline(or more if possible) for 30 minutes at 3.8-4 mph
