My daughter is new to soccer, and she is the smallest on the team. Athletics always came natural to me, so I had no idea how to teach her to kick harder. This is very helpful.

This could make the difference. I've been trying to correct her kicking style for a while.
Growing up in Africa nobody ever broke it down like this for us. We just did it.

He forgot to mention the importance of coming in on a slight angle so they don't hit or drag their toes. The girl at the end kept running straight on to the ball
Having shoulders and hip square to the target when striking also produces far more accurate shooting
