Gods, do I love the cornetto - if I had my life to do over again I'd devote it to the mastery of that wonderful instrument. And l'Arpeggiata is my favourite ensemble ever - I love everything they've recorded. I first discovered them on a Qantas flight from Australia to Europe - listened to Tarantellas all night on repeat while dozing in my seat. Thankfully the same music program was playing on my way back so I could find out who made that wonderful haunting music that I couldn't forget.

Sorry - aber ich kann mich nicht in allem den Kommentaren unten anschließen. Für mich ist die sängerische Darbietung an manchen Stellen zu exaltiert und zu "prominent". Sie tritt zu wenig zurück, so dass die Musik "an sich" weniger zur Entfaltung kommt.
Négative! Dérangeante... y aurait quelq'un qui ne se révolte pas avec de tels interruptions d'un groupment comme L'Arpegiatta? Negativo! Haverá alguém que não se revolte com interrupções imbecis de um agrupamento como este? Negativ! Siily interruptions for nothing... nobody will eat such a brutality - please terminate it

Non c'è assolutamente paragone con Marco Beasley. MOLTI canti sono molto 'manierati' e vengono cantati senza colore e passione.Peccato !
