The Assembly team even ran into a challenge putting it together but were knowledgeable about what they were doing and eventually made everything fit just right. I on the other hand might have hit an impasse if everything wasn’t lining up. Yup. Glad I did it. One less thing to deal with.

I've owned 2 treadmills from Nordic Track, X9I and X11I, loved those 2 machines, recently purchased the commercial 2450 and it is not comparable, the flex cushioning is awful, especially if you are used to the X style, I had a lengthy conversation with the sales rep to try to find the right machine for me, it was between the 2450 and the X22I, he said I could send it back once it was delivered and could probably forgo the restock fee. Well, no Iuck!!! Read the fine print!!! They wanted to charge me $800 to send it back. Keep in mind there are no stores to try these machines out. Terrible service!!! Now im stuck with a machine that has no cushion, has no bounce! Basically a walking machine. If you are a true runner, run fast and steer clear of this machine! #nordictrack #commercial2450

Thank you very much for your comment! Sorry to hear about your difficulty! I love my unit but the fan on the right side has never worked. I need to get that fixed.
