@ Neil Sherman.. that's the first time I've heard the copperband butterfly fish called hardy!!!! Wonder where all these fish are now a year later?! Hate that people will buy fish just to get people to subscribe to the channel! Pathetic if ya ask me!!!!! Some people have the mentality that "they're just fish", that's BS... They don't even acclimate the fish right! SMH
@@mheim1234 remember how they buy new fish and coral withouth puting em in quarantine first and that happend with the sick anemone that killed lil puff
Barbs Buzzin do you have issues with the coral banded shrimp being aggressive? I’ve heard they’re extremely aggressive to other shrimp and to avoid them
ilc_Mike that has nothing to do with the fact that the tanked is overstocked, and has only been running for two days before they added non photo synthetic corals. Then they ignorantly told their young impressionable audience that butterflyfish were hardy. They are inexperienced and to that effect those fish will die.
Susan Czechowski yep people like this Paul cuffaro, Raw fishing etc. Don’t care about the well being of their fish they just care about the money gain they get I’d say Paul less than these guys but still the fact he is the most subbed to fish youtuber over king of diy is stupid people who actually care are him, tazawa tanks, aquarium co-op etc.
1. Really hope you can keep that Copperband alive they super hard to keep alive 2. Watch your Flame hawkfish they love shrimp 3. The tank looks awesome🔥🔥
Hey love the tank looking amazing, but the copper band butterfly is actually a very finicky eater and it’s diet mainly consist of Aiptasia anemones but the can be trained to eat prepared foods I’m sure you guys are going to make it work your doing an amazing job keep up the good work👍👍
We're experienced with saltwater now, gonna acclimate them 1st... opens bag & in they go... Absolute fools!!! Please give those fish to someone capable of meeting their care requirements, in your hands they're almost certainly going to end up dead
Saltwater fish are sensitive to sudden fluctuations in PH, salanity & pretty much all other saltwater elements... they should be drip acclimated so the levels adjust slowly & they can get used to the difference between the 2 different waters (bag & aquarium water) by floating the bag in the aquarium the only thing it's adjusting too is the temperature, might not sound a big issue but it can be incredibly stressful for the fish & moving them from 1 aquarium to another is stressful enough
Sad to say, they don’t even do research or have a clue on what they’re doing. Those fish are going to die and next video; “buying new fish for our aquarium “. No mention of the dead animals, only in the comments section but they ignore the SAME people that support them.
If your fish are being aggressive to one another just print out a fish that is bigger from online, then tape it to the side of the tank, it clams the fish down
That is, in my opinion, a bit overstocked. You absolutely cannot stock saltwater like you would freshwater. And that butterfly will starve because of all of the aggressive feeders. They really need established, lightly stocked tanks so they can eat at their own pace. You need to stop adding fish for now and let your filter adjust to the bioload. You also need to let the social situation work itself out, too.
This panther grouper will grow and eat the fish (Better put her in the next aquarium), prawns of different species can fight often. You need to check fish compatibility before you buy.
Snails snails snails. Also a lawnmower blenny would be cool in there. Shame on the guys at the store for telling you to go with the copper band. Very pretty fish but dam near imposible to keep. Kind of like a manderin goby.
You can find hermit carbs that small at about 4-6 ft deep in the gulf just go to a local beach walk out with a little net and when your see little mounds scoop about an inch deep and boom little saltwater hermit crabs.
Copperband is one of the hardest fish to keep and require special diets, so it truly shows that you do your research before buying a living animal that is just going to die from starvation.
"Copperband butterflyfish, hardy..." 😂😂😂 Poor thing will be dead soon
@Thomas Hahn they didn‘t even aclimate them to the water

Reefers are pulling out their hair watching this video
No drip acclimation? Let me know if these shrimps will survive
You're right he should have drip acclimated, but I think it's funny that your profile pic matches your reply
There doing great thanks
Barbs Buzzin do you have issues with the coral banded shrimp being aggressive? I’ve heard they’re extremely aggressive to other shrimp and to avoid them
Barbs Buzzin
Prove it. Not yet right. You’re gonna wait until they stock up on similar species to pass them off as the old.
Barbs Buzzin in future just drip acclimate em👍
You need to add more shells for the hermit crabs or they will die when they try to find a new shell
They Will die amyway, you have to drip aclimate invertabrates
The shrimp and the urchin Will die to, they are really sensetive to changings in water parameters,
@@tijs2094 and they dont have any corals...
Ya
The pet store could have told them that...my bad pet dealer senses are tingling....
The panther grouper will eat most of then fish when he's older 😂
Whoever told you a copperband is a hardy fish flat out lied
It can be if you choose the right specimen
Probably to make a sale, it's the same with our pet stores
Probably dead now
Drip Acclimate. Thats all I gotta say
Those butterflies are REALLY easy to mess up. This tank looks really cool though!
Lots of mistake with this tank.
I love how saltwater aquarium fish always rush new fish almost seems like they are greeting them lol
Keep an eye on the copper band and also keep an eye on the two angels cause they will fight
Remley I was saying the angels will fight each other not with copperband.
Doing temperature only is not sufficient acclimation. Do drip for these.
Violet Alpha I agree! And especially for the inverts since they are more sensitive
No wonder their fish keep dying....
Ya especially the butterfly holy shit
Violet Alpha they got the water for this tank in the same place they got the fish so it’s the same water
I’m the 69th like
You said the copper band is Harde fish but the are one of the hardest fish to keep so good luck
That is actually true.
Lol I was thinking the same thing
I have one and it eats a lot of mysis shrimp
Haha these guys are as clueless as they look .
Please, please add some corals! They would look sooo awesome in the tank with those fish😍
Barbs buzzin you guys need more freshwater tanks
Fish Fins they need to stick with freshwater tanks
Yes they need to stick with freshwater
I agree because they are idiots when it comes to saltwater 😹
😂
Are you guys ever concerned with bio load when you add large amounts of fish?
they just do the video, they don't even acmate
Bio loads don’t contribute to likes and subscriptions
Put some empty shells for the hermits so they don’t kill each other for bigger shells
Lol good luck with that copperband. They’re a nightmare to take care of
Epic guys keep it all the worlds watching 🐐💪💯🔥🤾
Stop adding fish, u already have a huge bioload
Susan Czechowski Yep but money is more important to them
Well there's alot of bacteria in the Sand and stones , they should be fine
ilc_Mike that has nothing to do with the fact that the tanked is overstocked, and has only been running for two days before they added non photo synthetic corals. Then they ignorantly told their young impressionable audience that butterflyfish were hardy. They are inexperienced and to that effect those fish will die.

I’ve Ben commenting this so many tames on their other videos but they won’t listen they are so stupid and I hate it
1. Really hope you can keep that Copperband alive they super hard to keep alive
2. Watch your Flame hawkfish they love shrimp
3. The tank looks awesome🔥🔥
Beautiful tank and please get the hermit crab more and bigger shells. When they outgrow the shell if they don’t have another to go into they will die!
You guys are so cool Barb's buzzin keep up the great work
hello i am here early today you both are so awesome
Hey love the tank looking amazing, but the copper band butterfly is actually a very finicky eater and it’s diet mainly consist of Aiptasia anemones but the can be trained to eat prepared foods I’m sure you guys are going to make it work your doing an amazing job keep up the good work👍👍
Great video! Hugs from Brazilian aquarists

We're experienced with saltwater now, gonna acclimate them 1st... opens bag & in they go... Absolute fools!!! Please give those fish to someone capable of meeting their care requirements, in your hands they're almost certainly going to end up dead
matthew dawson
Wow, they are idiots!
What should he have done? I’m not sure but I’m interested in knowing
Add coral so it can brighten up the tank
everyones comments are all criticisms, so ill leave you this. good job on the vid man, keep it up! ill be sure to subscribe
Thanks so much bro!!!
Do you guys ever drip acclimate and quarantine your new fish?
Sad to say, they don’t even do research or have a clue on what they’re doing. Those fish are going to die and next video; “buying new fish for our aquarium “. No mention of the dead animals, only in the comments section but they ignore the SAME people that support them.
Finally more people who understand 😹😹
Tdub 1002
There’s more man; they delete comments that “hate” or just block their accounts.
These guys are a disgrace to fishkeeping
Love the vid
Loved the montage of the fish
New here. Nice selection of fish and invertebrates!
Nice selections 👍🏾👍🏾
Heck yeah again an amazing vid love you guys the most
♥️♥️♥️♥️
Ahh I love the community tank
Loving this tank 🔥
Love this lil series
Great work!
NICE ! Really Nice !👍👍👍
Jane Irish- that's a really Irish comment.
Love you videos I’m a big fan
“The copper band butterfly is a really hardy fish” they said as they added it without drip acclimation. oh well they’re beautiful fish anyway
Nice vid👌🏽
Love it bro
That's dope... praise God you guys are hype
Copperband... You guys should get a moorish idol, orange spot filefish, and leafy sea dragon to complete your collection of “hardy” fish. 🙄
Lol! They probably haven't the sense to recognise this comment as sarcasm. Next video may well contain all those other "hardy" fish.
Let's not forget a Nautilus.
That is so cool i wish i had a salt water tank
You need about 5 larger shells per hermit crab so they can choose between different choices as they grow.
Good luck with the copperband butterfly.
That baby panther grouper . Gonna be big as fuck.
drip acclimation has left the chat.
Bio load has left the chat.
Marine Research has left the chat.
That panther is going to get big as fu-monster.
It scared me when he picked up the sea urchin I thought it would poke him awesome tank u have
Love your videos but did you just say a copperband is really hardy😂😂😂😂😂
These kids are idiots lol
I had a flame angel that pretty much destroyed all my gorgonians :(
we're experienced saltwater now. and this how we acclimate them huh!!!
FEEDING FRENZY VIDS PLEASE 😊
You should add some bigger shells for the hermit crabs to grow out of. At least thats what i heard.
Oh my god when I first watched barbs I honestly thought he had over one million subs
You can also feed baby bettas with infusoria. you can watch Mark's Aquatics on how to set an infusoria culture.
Hell ,why dont we just throw in the whole store 😃
So sick ! You need to get a surgeon next ! Keep it up 🔥
Christian Rosser they already have surgeons and they should not add any more fish to this tank, it is way way way overstocked
Awesome tank!
If your fish are being aggressive to one another just print out a fish that is bigger from online, then tape it to the side of the tank, it clams the fish down
People who like fresh water fishe like❤️ and peole who like salt water fishes should comment. 💌
deadpool shoot they need to stop with saltwater, I can’t wait for there tanks to crash
Look good, plz look in to getting a sump/refrium/skimmer an if it just a fish only tank it will help
I dig the schooling yellow tangs. Pretty fish you guys got and added. Looking good
Subscribed awsome tanks . Do u keep any reef tanks with coral at all?
Most reefers buy 2-3 copperbanded fish hoping one will survive. These are expert level fish.
Guys u have to make sure when buying a copperband that they already eat. They are one of the hardest fish to keep
He GRUBS!
@@The_FishGuys i love you fish
No more big fresh water tanks? :(
Awesome tank though. But yall killin me with all these ads. Bros
A great food to feed Cooper bands are clams on half shell
Has anyone ever told you that you look like Breckin Meyer in the 90s?
You guys really should get live corals.
You need to add more coral for your fish
Add corals and a background for the tank
I just came here for the negitive comments
Sam Spilde
When has the TRUTH been negative?
Get another panther grouper nice vid
Add more live rock. Those are the primary filter for a saltwater tank. A wavemaker would also be good.
Add more fish to your
Aquriam
If you can get some brittle and basket stars they will wrap themselves around the corals/fans and are beneficial for them.
I feel like we got the same taste in fish. Those are all very beautiful in my opinion. But all fish are beautiful 🎉
Get coral it would look awesome!
I think it’s annoying when ppl overly hate on everything u do. But bro if you don’t drip acclimate the fkn butterfly 🤦🏽♂️ what r you doinnnn bro
This panther grouper will grow and eat the fish (Better put her in the next aquarium), prawns of different species can fight often. You need to check fish compatibility before you buy.
Poor fish keeping. Have you guys not heard of acclimation and quarantine either? Be gentle with those fish too. Good luck tank x
Snails snails snails. Also a lawnmower blenny would be cool in there. Shame on the guys at the store for telling you to go with the copper band. Very pretty fish but dam near imposible to keep. Kind of like a manderin goby.
My copperband loved clams on a half shell still going 5 years
Any tips on keeping hermit crabs?
You can find hermit carbs that small at about 4-6 ft deep in the gulf just go to a local beach walk out with a little net and when your see little mounds scoop about an inch deep and boom little saltwater hermit crabs.
U should get a frog fish or some gobies and if not u should get some more small schooling fish
Copperband is one of the hardest fish to keep and require special diets, so it truly shows that you do your research before buying a living animal that is just going to die from starvation.
Wow. You guys dont have enough knowledge for saltwater... you will have challanges with that soon.
Should've put the Tangs in last
I love u Jack
