  • Testing the idea of sending MIDI CC to the Elektron Model:Cycles's for chord machine "shape" change. You can test the app here wavesontable.c...
WebMidi is a standard that lets you use MIDI within a web browser and connected devices.

It works only on supported browsers. Tested with Chrome on PC and Takashi Mizuhiki Web MIDI Browser on iOS. apps.apple.com...

Man, it's extremely cool! And another one, randomizing parameters, too.

if this oculd be used with other synths, like a reface dx in my case, that would be great for us non pianists

Hi. This is just tied to HW limitations of in this example the Model:Cycles. Its not a "full" chord machine. I have a little concept for the Korg volca keys that's creating triads. That could work with your reface. You can try it here. But its just a "demo/preview" with a lot of limitations. wavesontable.com/keystrimachine/index.html

There are so many apps and plugins that send MIDI.

I don't think you understand what is going on here. This is running in Chrome, the browser. It will work on anything that can a) load Chrome and b) send MIDI. Your iPad already runs Chrome and sends MIDI, no app required.
