It's still so incredible to me how many times OSP pulled off the von flue choke. He pulled it off 4 times in the UFC, whereas the man who popularized the submission, Jason Von Flue, has only pulled it off twice in pro MMA. Just wow
as I understand it Jason Von Flue didn't invent it, it existed in wrestling and bjj before but he just made it popular, thus the name.
