The GTA 4 one kinda seems weird because seeing a new modern colour pallet from this game doesn't feel right but the mod itself still tries maintain the original colour pallet sometimes which kinda feels good
In general, saturated color palette would feel wrong in GTA IV, but most ENBs are like that. What I don't like is how the game's original timecycle drains the colors before it starts to rain and then brings them back. I'd recommend LS Weather Mod. While the colors are adjustable, the nights feel like real nights instead of the most common dull dark gray sky.
well GTA LCS is luckily playable on mobile devices for those who want, VCS wont never come there sadly due to licensing issues :/ . @@gokussjinfinite6601 I own all GTAs on PC and as well on PS2,3,4,5 and im glad to have them but its sad to see some never came to PC , oh well let emulation live in that case.

The VCS one isn't real, it's the PC Edition which is a San Andreas mod, plus some San Andreas ENB that you see in this vid. Looks pretty cool regardless.

To be fair you should blame Rockstar more than GSG. GSG had a team of 20-30. No way they could have pulled off a proper remaster of 3 alone. Let alone VC AND SA

Take Two, as publisher, can do whatever they want with an IP meaning that they can get other studios to work on games for the IP so most likely, TT saw a money making opportunity and a way to tide fans over til GTA 6 with 3 remasters and got the studio that was already working with them and had experience bringing the old GTA games to newer platforms, GSG, to make the remasters which could bring more money to the GTA 6 project or just Rockstar Games and Take Two in general. Remasters sell well so that was what they were going to do for a while which might have put GTA 6 back in the oven for more time but that would be conspiracy. But it failed, because of them, and now they won't make anymore.
I think all gta expect gta 4 should be have a remakes instead of remasters and gta 4 don't need a remake because his mechanics is still perfect in our time and all what need to do for the remaster it's update graphic and fix the optimisation
Facts. As someone who actually makes mods- this is way shameless. Not crediting the people who made the mods you're using and acting like it's all your own doing for clout is some top-level scumbaggery. To top it all off, they can barely even string together a single sentence in English. Lol
one thing I think would make 4 and 5 look a lot better while driving is some kind of edited lighting where the headlights shine more yellowish and the brake lights, when pumped, actually have a fade effect of lighting up, instead of just "popping" on like an LED.

Liberty City Stories is still scheduled to get a PC port sometime within the next few years and GTA IV's remaster will be picked up again after GTA 6 launches. However, Rockstar cannot really do anything with Vice City Stories as they would need to pay a lot of money in royalties to Phil Collins as he was a side character and had a lot of his music in the game. VCS will probably never make it off the PS2/PSP.
I would never want GTA: Vice City Stories to get a remaster since they would 100% need to remove a bunch of songs due to licensing issues. I genuinely believe that Vice City Stories has the greatest licensed soundtrack of any video game ever released, so if they butchered the soundtrack for a remaster it would just ruin the whole experience.

I have some gripes -LCS and VCS are both super low poly and weren't designed with fancy/dynamic lighting in mind. -The shadows are super glitchy and stuff keeps popping in and out. -The brightness is too high and clashes with the darker tone of LCS, IV, and TLAD. -Car reflections don't look right in the 3D universe games. -The maps don't feel as big and open because of there being no fog.
Are these the inoffical versions of GTA VCS and LCS that converted SA in VCS and VC in LCS? I know you can play the entire campaign of LCS but the one for VCS only has 13 missions.
