I have the same but my dose not come with the withe thing and it for sure is not working sa well as yours! Would be great if you could help me out!
Hello! We are planning a stationary winch with a motor with 2,7 kW performance. We made some calculations: speed of line should be 60 km/h (right?), force on line about 900N, diameter of the drum is 60mm and we got that the needed performance is 12,5 kW. Do you think, that is any solution, or we have to choose a motor with bigger perfirmance? The line should be bowden. What is your opinion?Thank you!
is that gauge measuring tension on line? If so, is it supposed to be fluctuating like that? I thought payout tows were supposed to keep constant tension?

I have written already , that level wind shaft is made by turner on manufacture . Similar construction shafts had used on ships (maritime) winches .
