Edit: If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them. 😊 I saw someone on instagram who made such an edit and I tried to find a tutorial for it by searching for "how to freeze things in video" but couldn't find a good tutorial so I made one. Later I found out you can search for "freeze frame clone effect" and find 100's of great tutorials. But oh well one more tutorial can't hurt anybody. 😅

Hm you mean an image with camera movement? I think that would be very hard, probably not possible with this method.
How do you export the still frame to photoshop
Save it to the desktop, then just open it with photoshop
