The goal is to heal the wound, foster self-love, and shift toward attracting healthy relationships. --- --- ### **Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point)** Tap on the Karate Chop Point (side of your hand) and say: **“Even though I feel this deep wound of abandonment that has been with me since childhood, I honor these feelings and how they’ve shaped me. Even though this wound makes me seek out people who abandon me, I deeply and completely accept myself and my journey. Even though this core wound has hurt me and caused patterns I don’t want, I choose to release it now with love and compassion.”** (Repeat 3 times.) --- ### **Tapping Sequence: Acknowledging the Wound** **1. Eyebrow Point:** “This deep wound of abandonment feels so painful.” **2. Side of the Eye:** “It’s been with me for as long as I can remember.” **3. Under the Eye:** “I felt abandoned as a child, and it hurt so much.” **4. Under the Nose:** “This fear of being abandoned still haunts me.” **5.
