The high note at 5:59-6:00 where you put your hand up and said 'baekhyun' was chen not baekhyun. Yall be sleeping on chen. Like if you listen to the chinese version of what if, baekhyuns high note in the korean version is so hyped, but chen's high note in the Chinese version is soo underappreciated.
Yes i know Baek and Do are the favourites for this type of music in Exo but I didnt hear not one drip of credit given to Chens vocals in this reaction for this song when he was literally serving. Stop sleeping on chen yall.

Yeah totally agree, I think because of pressure and his hyungs being the extremely good vocalists, Kai always sound reserved, he was somehow not confident enough for his singing but since all these solo albums are such massive hits and he actually sang whole songs there, Kai became more confident he now knows what he is doing, he found his sound too and you hear a presence in his voice too.
You are right, all adlibs on the final chorus are D.O.
And about kai's voice presence.. i do agree with you. Even my 6 years old son noticed it. When i play this song on my spotifiy.. when Kai's part played.. he asked me "Mom, is that Mr. Rover who sing?, is Mr. Rover are in EXO too??" 😅

in the chorus CHENBAEKSOO always and SUHO too he's shining as much as the trio! KAI(imhsm) and XIUMIN giving us a sprinkle with their voices that i can't get enough of it! CHANYEOL and SEHUN also with their emotional and soulful rap flow it hits me Im Crying. NTM their vocals harmonization Im Going Insane, That's EXO! EXO IS BACK!

EXO, a vocalist's vocalist. Their vocal skills bring joy, a rare find in this day and age. One group, outstanding vocals. Even when Chanyeol would rap I still hear him as a vocalist. Kai's voice used for layering sex appeal now prominent. Every voice stands strong. R&B done right, engineered with respect to the artists/producer. I don't have to fight to listen, it's weaved beautifully. Bless a D.O. adlib... Let the church say Amen.

You made perfect sense @7:40 speaking about Kai. We all know they can sing, but Kai vocally was rarely featured for his vocals. Now, his vocal signature is prominent even if not featured because of all his solo work.
They’re not literally calling your eyes blue, they’re referencing the ocean when they say blue, because then the next sentence is stating that your eyes hold me in the deepest depth (like the ocean).

ISTG I love them to a point where it hurts sooo good TT I don't care whatever shit I have to go through every time but whenever they are back it all becomes sooo worthy TT You don't know what to expect from them with each comeback but the only thing you know is that it screams QUALITY!!! 7:55 i couldnt agree more about kai's vocal presence. i think its bc by going solo he got the chance to really develop his voice more than he had before. he didn't have a lot of singing before. he got more confidence and also more practice under his belt. he sounds so good like THATS a singer who sings!

Oh I thought you were going to wait the album. I knew you were going to love it haha. I’m still obsessed with the song and haven’t been able to get pass how beautiful everyone sounded. The harmonies and layering of the voices at the end sent me to outer space. You’re right Kai voices had gain so much confidence, the solos work really helped find his voice.
Nobody does it like EXO, so sad to see how things have gone with the group. Really hope they pull a GOT7 and continue to make music as a group even after leaving the label

Exactly, Micah! They took me to church, that's what I thought on the first day of listening to this song. Multiple layers in music and vocals is the typical characteristics of all EXO songs, but something about Let Me In, the harmonies, the key reminded me of church.

And about Kai, i totally agree..i think his solo career made him glow a bit more...he really has a vocal signature like DO...a voice that you will notice instantly when you listen it...i don't know how to explain but it's like his voice has a high and low tone at the same time...that's so unique and make his voice so warm..
They all did soooo well in this song!the rap parts complete perfectly this song giving some texture but without being too different cause they really did well by singing in a warm tone.they always blend it perfectly with the song's style!
Chen Baekhyun and DO...do i have to mention anything about them?!i mean i'm so proud to say that we have the best 3 corean vocalists in a same group and on top of that they harmonize sooo well everytime...you can put the best vocalists of the world and they wouldn't always harmonize that well..that's how good and perfectly matched they are...Suho is the soft, warm and gentle touch of the song..perfect.
