- Overview:
This multi animator project (MAP) is about an alternate universe (AU) story of Pantala based on the Wings of Fire series. This story follows the journey of a SilkWing dragon named Escargot. Escargot and the SilkWings are forced to leave their beloved forest home due to the Tree Wars and are subjected to the rule of the Queen Wasp of the HiveWings, who has the ability to mind-control any dragon she injects with her venom. Escargot's growing resentment toward Queen Wasp leads to the creation of the Chrysalis, a SilkWing organization dedicated to bringing about SilkWing rights and independence from the HiveWings. When the Chrysalis makes its big move by taking over Jewel Hive, Escargot and Queen Wasp decide to meet to settle the conflict once and for all.

I feel bad for Escargot honestly, I've seen that throughout this M.A.P. storyboard, he discovers who Queen Wasp really is and eventually sacrifices himself to save Dryas by throwing himself onto Wasp and jumping off a balcony, plummeting to his eventual demise, honestly, this M.A.P. is quite sad.

I cannot wait for this to coms out, i dont watch WoF maps often, but i'll definitley be watching this one!

OMG, you are the most responsible map creator I've ever seen. You not only gave the music and description, but also determined the composition that the participants should adhere to. This is the only way to avoid inconsistencies between different parts and make everything compatible

This is such an interesting and unique idea, and the storyboard is incredible! Whether I get in or not, I know this map is going to be phenomenal.

WOW WOW WOW THIS IS SO COOL!!! I usually really dislike AUs that focus on a persons ocs because I feel like it draws away from the original story too much but this FEELS like it a part of the actual books and the story (from what I can theorize) is SO GOOD and I absolutely love it! I don’t animate but I’ve been getting back into drawing dragons so if there’s a thumbnail contest I might have to join 👀 I’m actually so excited I see this finished oh my god
