The reason is she loves Adeel more than Mustafa. It might be for several reasons such as Adeel was good in studies, is handsome, has a good reputable job and is responsible for all the expenditures and everyone is dependent on him.
While Mustafa is completely oppostite. No proper education, no personality, looks average (ofc he's handsome in real life, but I told accordinly as the drama shows), no job, a big burden on family for a "man", no proper personality and charm etc etc.
So yes that's why.

The way Fahad conveys emotions of uncertainty and nervousness through his eyes is so incredible ... In my 25 years of life, I’ve never seen a male character express so much just through his eyes. He truly nailed it! What a comeback, and I’m really looking forward to seeing him in more dramas
