Route 1: Timeman, Woodman, Topman, Snakeman, Shademan, Magicman, Tundraman, Acidman
Route 2: Cutman, Bubbleman, Toadman, Gravityman, Knightman, Clownman, Galaxyman, Sheepman
Route 3: Elecman, Geminiman, Ringman, Napalmman, Flameman, Slashman, Frostman, Tornadoman
Route 4: Iceman, Quickman, Brightman, Astroman (Copy Vision), Burnerman, Concreteman, Plugman, Torchman
Route 1 Fortress Bosses: Megawater S, Gamerizer, Enker, Yellow Devil (Has all his moves from Power Battle and Power Fighters)
Route 2 Fortress Bosses: Metool Daddy, Metonger Z, Buster Rod G, Ballade
Route 3 Fotress Bosses: Kanigance, Van Pookin, Hyperstorm H, Punk
Route 4 Fortress Bosses: Yadokargo, Darkman 4, King Tank, Mecha Dragon
Wily Machine's first phase would be from Megaman II (Megaman 2 Gameboy), the second phase would be from Power Battle, and the Wily Capsule would be a like a mix between the versions from Megaman 7 and Megaman 11, and very aggressive
Also the Yellow Devil fight would contain his theme used in the previous games (Power Battle and Power Fighters). The Wily Machine would use this theme instead.
Playable Characters: Megaman, Protoman, Bass, Duo, King (mostly uses his axe), Auto (he has a bazooka in 8, may as well put it to good use!)
Bonus Bosses (only appear if a "Dragon Run" is completed for the route):
Route 1: The Megaman Killers (all 3 at once)
Route 2: The Genesis Unit (all 3 at once)
Route 3: Copy Robots (as Super Megaman and Super Bass if you've done a Dragon Run up to that point) otherwise it will be one of the character you're playing as. The only difference will be the purple scarf. If you fight Super Megaman and Super Bass, the Megaman Copy Robot will summon a fake Eddie who will use Mega Ball and Peat, who will use Beat Barrier. A fake Reggae will appear as well for the Copy Robot mimicking Bass, attacking you like Beat acted in Megaman 5.
Route 4: Ra Thor
You'll know if you did a "Dragon Run" (buster/default weapon only, no damage no chargeshots) when the Wily at the end turns out to be a fake. After that, you'll face a Doc Robot who has all the Special Weapons of that route. If you just did a No Damage Run instead of a Dragon Run, the Doc Robot appears before the Wily Machine instead and the Bonus Bosses won't be fought.
After you beat everyone, a Boss Rush mode is unlocked, where you'll fight the bosses of every Route one after another, starting with the Robot Masters of each route, then the fortress bosses, followed by the bonus bosses, and finishing with the Wily Machine. Each boss starts the fight with their supermove, and is able to start using it again freely at half health Doing a Dragon Run there as Megaman will result in fighting Quint, who will claim he's come to test Megaman's strength. He has a lot of new moves with Sakugarne.

I figured I'd make it an improvement over the other 2 games (Power Battle and Power Fighters). Power Battle was one of my childhood games, and I've seen footage of Power Fighters, I figured there would be 2 Fortress Bosses per stage, with the Bonus Bosses being in the same level as the Wily Machine. Also the Wily Capsule would get a proper bossfight instead, sort of...if the player (or both players, if in 2 player mode) are beaten at that point, they won't get to continue during the bossfight and Wily uses the capsule to escape while they're repaired. I also figured I'd add ideas that came from some missed potential that I think Power Battle could've had.
