Buck tries to simply outlast Caitlin with attrition, but she shatters his defenses and takes the victory. Somek vs Juan is incredibly close, but a last-minute paralysis on Walrein prevents Juan from riding into victory. Giacomo mows Milo down with ease. Not a great surprise. Poor, poor Lillie. You never stood a real chance against Red. ROUND 2 Jolteon's toxic orb continues to frighten me, but Volkner continues to impress and takes the win over Palina. Aaron continues to dominate Gym leaders, systematically dismantling Roxanne despite her supposed type advantage. Caitlin was doing well up until she allowed Gyarados to D-Dance unpunished. From there, Somek crushed her remaining team with no challenge. A tough, competitive battle from both sides, but Giacomo's Lokix carves through Red's injured team. An impressive win, and another Champion barred from the Final Block. ROUND 3 Volkner did say if he defeated the player, he would go on to challenge the Sinnoh League. And now we know he would fight a valiant but ultimately losing battle against Aaron. Despite a very near comeback from Kingambit(no S-Overlord?), Somek manages to take a narrow win over Giacomo. BLOCK 12 FINALS Somek vs Aaron! Aaron has swept aside the competition so far, only slowed by his Sinnoh colleague in Volkner. Can Somek defeat this Bug type specialist, or will Aaron's team simply swarm over Somek's pure power? Somek *crushes* Aaron with a 6-0 victory after Aaron unfortunately left an opening for Gyarados to D-Dance. Not much on Aaron's team could have prevented this regardless, but it's an unfortunate end to Aaron's displays of bug-type mastery. Somek continues on to the Final Block.

Somek vs Juan is incredibly close, but a last-minute paralysis on Walrein prevents Juan from riding into victory.
Giacomo mows Milo down with ease. Not a great surprise.
Poor, poor Lillie. You never stood a real chance against Red.
ROUND 2
Jolteon's toxic orb continues to frighten me, but Volkner continues to impress and takes the win over Palina.
ROUND 3
Volkner did say if he defeated the player, he would go on to challenge the Sinnoh League. And now we know he would fight a valiant but ultimately losing battle against Aaron.
Despite a very near comeback from Kingambit(no S-Overlord?), Somek manages to take a narrow win over Giacomo.
BLOCK 12 FINALS
Somek vs Aaron!
Unrelated to this episode specifically, but can you please at least put the episode number/block number in the title? Every single episode is some variation of "AI to battle the BIGGEST tournament!!" and it makes it VERY difficult for people who want to follow the series without being forced into the entire playlist..
Well... my predictions are screwed
GET YHIS GUY OUT OF HERE I DON'T WANT ANY COLOSSEUM OR GALES OF DARKNESS HERE *GET THIS GUY OOOOOOOUT*
Let's be real here, Volkner only beat Maxie because of Pelliper,
which didn't make much sense to me as to why he'd have it
He uses one in his BDSP rematch team
Somek had a clear advantage anyways but I feel like Aaron and Caitlin still threw. They played like ass lol
I hate to be blunt, but Game Freak should have used a much better replacement for Wallace as Gym Leader in Hoenn instead of Juan. It's okay Wallace became Champion in Emerald, but still...
Why does Red have so many recoil moves?
Amazing video! I'd love if SOMEONE could teach me how to set these up.
Join discord, there are links there 😀
@@pokedad23 I will, thanks!
Never have I felt more contempt for Giacomo and his braindead Spiky Shield Cacturne 💔
At least volkner did well though!
A major upset
Still no Villain in top 16, Hopefully the next 2 blocks will fix that.
Last block Ghetsis should've got in, but RNG said otherwise.
The Last one has cynthia so i guees only the next one can do something about it
@@viniciusvini981 Cynthia has Archie, who she will destroy if he survives till then. AL Turo has a trough road that is stacked block 13. One is an all eevee team, which isn't good. Lastly, we still have AI Sada, who has the best chance (champion is N in that block).
@@shawnaustin1037However N is nothing without Reshiram/Zekrom.
@@voltingmaster5458 True, which is why I think AI Sada has the best chance out of anyone else. I would say AI Turo too, but his block is the most stack and almost anyone can come out on top.
WTF??? SO EARLY?????
Betting on Red Rooting for Aaron
Sad to see the president of the US go down round 1 (get it because he's called Biden haha)
Nice win for a character from a side game! Still my favourite game of all of them
Oy what's the mouse doing on Red's team? That ain't Ash.
That's Red's team in gold and silver
Edit: correction, heart gold soul silver

please give red his pwt team
@@nishantdayama4558 Giacomo is just that powerful ☺️
Also why is Lillie fighting in this tournament, at ALL?! She’s isn’t able to do well.
Not only that you screwed up her team a bit.
Snowy her Vulpix isn’t evolved, neither is her Clefairy, she also has Polteagiest and Lunala from Masters that works since she doesn’t have Butterfree
Red losing this early is really dumb
Truth be told it would've been fascinating to see Somek v Ghetsis if Ghetsis wasn't rng screwed last block. I'll be surprised if Somek loses to Saguaro.
@@nishantdayama4558 Seismitoed did miss 2 earthquakes though and cause of that he was at less than half health. Yes, Goodra finally started missing, but the damage was already done.
Damn Biden lost in the first round
*insert It‘s Joever meme*
Woo, Let's go Wattson!
That was definitely a good surprise
Can I please ask: why are Biden and Agrev even in this tournament? I can understand Wakin since he’s Gonzap’s right hand or something, but aren’t the other two just normal Team Snagem grunts? What did they ever do to deserve this?
edit: honestly, I'm kind of disappointed that, of all the spin-off trainers to make top 16, it's someone who's less of a person and more of a boss fight, but whatever (I wouldn't be surprised if Somek's only line of dialog was his defeat quote)
cuz biden is president
They existed
biden has a funny name
Slot fillers. Needed more trainers from the side titles.
@@BaronB.BlazikenBaronOfBarons he could've just used eusine
Please give poor Red a Raichu
Since when was Joe Biden in Pokémon? Lmao all jokes.
Well, we all know the MVP of this round. It's also the reason I think Blue is winning.
well dont sleep on cynthia who is the strongest champion after bdsp and both of them have won against each other.
Cynthia simply is THE champion. Blue winning one battle against her was a fluke. She won the first tournament, and odds are she’ll do it again, ‘cause she’s just the best.
@@nishantdayama4558 This exactly. Dragon Dance Gyrados is one of the most terrifying Pokemon in the game.
I won a New 3DS at a local convention (bring 6, pick 3 singles) off the back of a DD Moxie-dos. If that thing gets started, it is nearly impossible to stop. That's also how Blue beat Cynthia in the champions tournament.
@@autumnphillips151 She could, but she doesn't have Dragon Dance Gyrados. If she gives Blue a single opportunity to set up, that monster swings the game in his favor.
@@autumnphillips151 That victory wasn't a fluke, that wasn't the Saguaro or Agatha wins. Blue used the common competitive strategy of Tricking a Scarf onto a wall to render it inoperable, then used the opportunity to Dragon Dance with his Gyrados and nearly sweep. How is that any different than Swords Dance Garchomp sweeping?
They both had really strong teams and were worthy winners, but Blue outplayed Cynthia in that match (just as Cynthia overpowered Roxie in hers). Don't invalidate the win just because your favorite lost.
This tournament really showas how red is so overrated people only hold him in high regards because of nostalgia otherwise his entire team xan be swept with rock polish tyranitar even being underleveled
SPOILER ALERT:
I had a feeling Somek was gonna win the bracket actually. Pokemon Colosseum trainers are not to be underestimated.
YES, Final a character from the side games won. I can't put into words the hype I felt when he won.
Rip to Joe Biden
Somek is going to win it all.
Alomomola sweep :)
He is not passing the pachirisu guy
