Traditional Greek Lamb on the Spit | Christmas Lunch

For Christmas lunch we went our Aunt Christine and Uncle Steve’s place for traditional Greek lamb on the spit. It was a small gathering due to Covid19 however, it made for a lovely day of eating great food with great company. We were very grateful to be there. This traditional lamb on the spit is so delicious and Steve really is an expert. Here is a little look into our lovely day, their gorgeous garden and how our family is keeping up the Greek traditions.
INGREDIENTS
Lamb Marinade rub
• Cajun spice 50g
• Oregano 25g
• Salt/pepper 50g each
• Garlic 1 bulb
• Ground cardamom 25g
