In Queens where I live, it's a very Asian neighborhood, so I'm fortunate to have access to so many amazing ingredients. I'll definitely be trying your recipe for teriyaki, I could almost smell the garlic and ginger! And, I cook on a Camp Chef 600, and yours puts mine to shame 😂
You need to do a bacon cheese burger onion ring on the griddle😉 Cut onion in half. Use every other ring as your mold. Mix hamburger and shredded cheese together. Form H/C around the inside of the outer ring, then place the inner ring in and finish molding the H/C between the two rings. Place in fridge to make firm. Take out and wrap 2 slices of bacon all the way around. No tooth picks. Cook at 350 till bacon is chrispy, baste with barbecue and enjoy. Bon appetite😊 H/C= hamburger cheese

Smell was great. Can't beat ginger. I did not blanch the broccoli but you def could. I love broccoli still crunchy. Cheers bud-J
