Create a Way Tag: It's This Easy!

Creating a WayTag NFC tag will allow you to add information to smart tags to make just about anything accessible! WayAround works as an audio labeling system for people who are blind, visually impaired, colorblind, or deafblind.
You can add as little or as much information as you want, using the free WayAround Tag and Scan app for iOS and Android.
Jaz, a blind Occupational Therapist from the Insight 4 Blind channel, shows you how to create a simple WayTag. Then she edits the tag to add more details. Jaz uses an iPhone with VoiceOver for this demonstration.

Wish these tags had the possibility of recording voice as an option in addition to text. This would make these tags useful to users of other languages as well.

I found out about these tags this morning and immediately tried to buy them. Unfortunately, the UK supplier has almost no stock and the website appears very unp[rogessional with links to wildlife.

Does the way around Only work on the iPhone 11? I have an iPhone 8 Plus. That’s why I’m asking.
