How to make Vada

    I'll be using urad dal with skin because it has fiber and is good for health. Plus, the vadas taste super delicious and crispy!
    Ingredients:
    - 200 grams Urad dal
    - Rock salt to taste
    - 5-6 Green/ red chillies
    - 1 spring of Curry leaves
    - 2 Chopped onions
    Method:
    1. Soak the urad dal overnight. The next day, make a batter using a mixer or stone grinder. Add water as needed to make a thick batter. Don't forget to add salt while grinding.
    2. Once the batter is ready, mix in black pepper, chillies, chopped onions, and curry leaves.
    3. Heat some oil in a Kadai. Take some batter on your palm and shape it into vadas. Dip the vadas in the oil and fry on low flame. Enjoy!
