    오늘은 핀 작약을 만들어 보았습니다
    화려한 모양 덕분에 조금만 있어도 너무나 예쁜 꽃이에요
    피어있는 꽃잎의 높이가 너무 낮아도 너무 높아도 어색할 수 있으니 신경써서 만들어주세요^^

    버터크림 동영상 기다릴게요~ 항상 보면서 많이 배우고 있습니다. 제가 이탈리안 버터크림 만들때는 자꾸 물이 생기고 크림에 힘이 없더라구요ㅜㅜ 왜 그럴까요

      +하나 나 요즘 날씨가 너무 더워서 버터크림을 좀 미루고 있어요 조금 선선해지면 영상 찍어서 들고올게요^^
      요즘 날이 더워서 크림이 많이 흐물흐물하구요
      물이 생기면 크림을 좀 더 돌리셔야해요
      크림을 뒤섞어봤을때 물기가 보이지 않을때까지 쳐주세요^^

    혹시 버터크림으로 꽃을 만들고 나서 꽃을 구워주나요? 아님 그냥 먹어도 되나요?

      +Rosalie Elvira I used wilton food coloring "burgundy". if you use just a little amount, it looked like pink

      It's really hard and take a very long time for making white bean paste. We can buy it easily in Korea. So I just buy it

    버터크림이 너무 무겁게 짜지는데 어떡하면 되나요ㅠㅠ

      음.. 크림 질감의 차이일 수 있고.. 크림이 녹아서 일수도있을 것 같아요. 무겁게 짜진다는 의미를 정확히 알수가 없어서 설명드리기가 쪼끔 애매하네요 ㅠ
