Hi, I think your find the bottles are designed to be environmentally friendly, Robert sourced his bottles to be as kind as possible. I love his inks, to me the bottles travel so well and I have flown across the world with these inks. :)

I loved Robert Oster inks also. My favorite is Burned Orange, a nice mid orange with brown undertones. I’ve been curious about these colors, so thanks for sharing! 🧡

    Hi Alicia,
My only Oster ink is Black Violet. It's become 1 of my favorite work ink where managers want only BLACK COLOR. In F & EF Nibs the color dries super dark violet black as the NAME SAYS.
Keep up the good work. Be safe and well

One of my faves is Marrone Mustard, a brown with a green cast to it. Love watching your videos!

Thank you the video is enjoyable to watch. It is interesting with inks that change as they dry. I attended my 1st pen show today. The Baltimore/Washington Pen Show and i bought my 1st bottle of Robert Oster ink today. "Spearmint" l did ink it up, wrote for a bit and closed my journal. Grabbed my phone and seen your video on the Robert Oster inks. Wow...coincidence i had to comment. Nice ink nice color behaved well. Thank You! Have a great week ahead!! Be happy, healthy & Stay safe!! Njoy.

Oster, undoubtedly produces some of the finest inks on the planet; thus far, I have only a few (& that's less than you feature, here), but they do make crisp print on paper, are relatively stable, & when dry, demonstrate a dynamic that (as far as I am concerned) is unparalleled. It's not the least expensive ink on the market, but this is an occasion whereby you get what you pay for. Fantastic selection, Alicia - thank you for the demonstration :)

I’m enjoying Robert Oster Blue Water Ice and Maroon 1789. I agree - excellent inks! BTW, I LOVE how you automatically said your bottle was “half full.” Such the optimist! ❤️

I love Robert Oster inks, all the different types of them. I think it's my favorite brand right now. I don't have many full size bottles, in fact, I think only 2. I do have a lot of samples though. Summer Storm and Velvet Storm are stunning, as are Envy and Rose Schwartz. Fire and Ice is my go to blue shade though.

I love fountain pens and inks. I loved your pink pen, so beautiful!
This video makes me want to go over to Goulet Pen Co and purchase some Robert Oster inks. If I remember right there has been a gold color I have been dying to get. I have been put off by the plastic bottle but I think I am over that now that I have watched your video, thanks. I use the Goulet blunt tip syringes for cleaning and filling my converters and cartridges. I like buying samples and it is idea for getting down into the vial . I especially like filling the converters because I find it easier than twisting the little end and trying to hold the sample bottle. One time I had the nib fall off the end of a converter into a brand new 90ml bottle of Noodler's ink. I'll never make that mistake again!!! I had to ask my hubby if he had any Looong tweezers and I was in luck. I can't say so much for him because I "borrowed" them permanently just in case I pull another brilliant stunt that requires their length. By the way if your ever spill ink onto your tile floor, I used comet powdered cleanser to get up the Noodler's Bay State inks when I dropped a vile onto the floor. I'm a renter so I thought I'd die on the spot! They are known to stain terribly and don't mix with other inks, they are very different inks from what I am used to but I loved the vibrant colors so I got all three. I can't leave them in your pens as far as I am concerned so I find it easier to use them with my dip pens. That way I don't risk clogging my pens from leaving those particular inks in the pen. I love your videos, keep them coming when you have time.

Diana Jones me too, the plastic bottle! It was a big hurdle for me as well. But the inks are absolutely, hands down marvelous.
Oh man, I can only imagine the commotion set about when dropping the nib into the bottle, haha. Ink gets messy sometimes... more often than not. But I suppose it has its own charm as well. Inky fingers and stains on nearly everything.

I have Robert Oster Fire and Ice and Peppermint. Love them. The stores here haven't stocked on the Robert Inks you reviewed in this video but am liking the Claret and Melon Tea and will order those as soon as they're available locally. Thanks for another informative and entertaining inkreview :)

Hello there, Your voice always has a joyous kick and (if i can put it right), it is pleasantly (chirpy) to hear you. Recently (2 weeks ago) have started with FP (fountain pens) once again after a gap of 20 long years (im in my 35s), so yes the last time I ever wrote was back in school (10th grade) and college days (11th, 12 grades). Got myself a few pens like:
1.) the HONGDIAN BLACK FOREST (E.F) matte black,
2.) the WATERMAN HEMISPHERE GT (F) Stainless steel,
    3.) the JINHAO GOLD LEAF 911 (F),
    And
4.) the JINHAO GOLD LEAF 35.
As (1.) Is an Asian E.F. I inked it up with a (wet ink) Waterman Tender Purple, Love the colour (as it is different from the usual),
(2.) As it is a wet (F) pen, hence inked it with the Pelikan 4001 BlueBlack (dry ink) and it was wow, starts like a rich, bright Blue then within seconds turns to dark grey.
I want to try a different ink, the Khakhi from Robert Oster.
(I know its a personal preference) but, what would you recommend that has a slight glaze and different than the usual Black, Blue etc...
And yes, you have a wide variety of content on your channel, Hope to see you always this happy and (chirpy)...
    Cheers and e-peace...

Liked to see a mechanical (and beautiful) clock on your desk. THAT has everything to do with fountain pens... RO's inks are really something else the tonalities are so original and pleasant... buth the plasatic bottles -- ugh!

    Greetings from Australia.
    Nice video.
I'm really sorry to mention this.
Khaki is pronounced kha ki. The H is slightly inflected like car ki with less emphasis on the R. Khak/Pack is not correct.
As with the colour of military apparel.
    Sorry to be pedantic.
    I love your videos.
