I have been falling asleep most times during the meditation but today it was amazing . I was just about to fall asleep but I managed tell my self to keep awake... then I started seeing a flower with the shape of lotus flower /sunflower... The colour of the Center of the merging from purple to white....I did not experience any other emotion except for a simple quiet feeling of gratitude Thank you so very much Rasa
