This meditation has been really amazing for me. I discovered it about two weeks ago, and have done it almost daily since. I have very profound experiences almost every time, and it feels like a homecoming for me. The more that I desire to be in a state of serenity, I tend to be anxious as I continuously retry the visualization which my passionate desire invites. I have been falling asleep most times during the meditation but today it was amazing . I was just about to fall asleep but I managed tell my self to keep awake... then I started seeing a flower with the shape of lotus flower /sunflower... The colour of the Center of the merging from purple to white....I did not experience any other emotion except for a simple quiet feeling of gratitude Thank you so very much Rasa

After listening to this meadtion I did feel something from heart and that it was message. After that night things start change for me and it full moon the next day. When I went to bed I start getting image being in light ship and saw light being and they told me we are the light beings and other amazing stuff happen. But I feel they send me that message.
