This meditation felt like a quiet invitation to dissolve into the present moment. I became small, like tiny particles, each one holding space for what was meant to unfold. As I surrendered, I felt a gentle trust grow within me, knowing that whatever clarity or healing I needed would reveal itself in its own time. It wasn’t about seeking - it was about being open, ready to receive, and feeling the shift in every part of me. In that stillness, I found peace, knowing that sometimes the most powerful revelations come when l’m simply open to what is. @Rasa ❤️❤️❤️
Love your meditations Rasa. Could you please make them fade to black? So many of us use them to fall asleep and with the screen emitting light into the room, it's harder to drift off. Even with those meditations that are meant for anytime of day meditations, our eyes are closed anyway. With the sleep meditations the light from the screen, is a distraction even with our eyes closed. Thank you!
