Thank you so much for this video!! My hair in the middle of my back, so I was trying to figure out a way to get a shorter hairstyle w/o having to cut my hair...thank you soooo much! ❤️
Thank you for this comment, my hair is bra strap length and I've wanted this style for AGES. so glad to see it done and i can also experiment with a bob too. Thank you!!
It was such a great idea to rubber band her hair to the desired length. I was thinking of just folding the hair and keeping it in place while wrapping. Thanks for the tip!
Ugh I was looking for someone that did the short ones on long hair. My hair is sooo long I did a video on my long locs but next week I'm doing short ones thank you for the Rubberband method
You Definitely did a great job !!! I’m going to try it myself but one quick question, as far as the ends , did you just twist and it stayed or did you use any glue ?
Thank girl I did forgo that nap and my hair looks great!! Even hubby was surprised I pulled it off because he was the one that did my locs and they’re a mess!! Big up
thank you 💕 to take them out you can just untwist the roots the opposite way it was wrapped them and cut the fake hair that was wrapped! or try to pull the braid out. i believe that should work
Super cute...I have some leftover water wave hair I’m going to try out before I buy the hair u used😆just to c if I can get the idea...do u have to dip these in hot water??
once i get to the bottom i reverse and wrap upwards then rub it in the palms of my hands. if you really want security, you could use nail glue only on the fake hair! 💗
once i got to the bottom i just reversed and starting wrapping upward then rubbed it in the palms of my hands. for security you can add nail glue to the fake hair!
i’m not sure because we kept stopping 😂 but it honestly doesn’t take long! and yes 2 packs is enough, esp because at the back of her head i cut the hair in half 💗
i would either use one whole 12” or cut it in half. with some pieces i would wrap it with any loose cut small pieces i had left over to give it a more distressed look. 💗
hmm only thing i could think is maybe u wrapped really tight which isn’t a bad thing. but i really think they’re gonna loosen up over time bc that’s normal for faux locs
The best I have seen! So pretty and natural looking!
thank you! ❤️
I’m only 20 seconds in the video and the style is fireeeeeee 😍 you did your thing girl!
thank youuu 😭🥺❤️

thank you!! ❤️❤️
It was such a great idea to rubber band her hair to the desired length. I was thinking of just folding the hair and keeping it in place while wrapping. Thanks for the tip!
thank you ❤️ you can also crochet the braid inside the braid to your desired length! i’ve just recently learned that method as well
Love the hair and video. I think I must've watched it 8 times.
awwwww 🥺😭❤️ thank u!!
Ugh I was looking for someone that did the short ones on long hair. My hair is sooo long I did a video on my long locs but next week I'm doing short ones thank you for the Rubberband method

You Definitely did a great job !!! I’m going to try it myself but one quick question, as far as the ends , did you just twist and it stayed or did you use any glue ?
thank you 💕 and i just twisted and it stayed but nail glue definitely works as well if you want that added security.
You are such an excellent teacher. Thank youuuu
These look so good! I don’t understand the dislikes

How many parts in her hair did you do? They look amazing!
How many packs were used? Also how long was the process?
SO CUTE! Great Job 🤩 I will be trying this on my hair!
thank you ❤️
beautiful ❤️❤️ .. if/when she takes it out, can you explain how? i always cut my ends but with this being her hair length, im curious.
thank you 💕 to take them out you can just untwist the roots the opposite way it was wrapped them and cut the fake hair that was wrapped! or try to pull the braid out. i believe that should work
This is soo pretty, it looks silky and not dry, if you don’t mind me asking where did she get her nose ring from?
thank you, she said amazon ❤️
I am definitely trying this. Gorgeous!
thanks love ❤️
Very cute!! Thanks for sharing your methods!
thank you ❤️❤️
Aw you’re so pretty! 🦋 I’ll be trying this on my page
How many packs of hair did you have to use ? Love this
Wonderful job! Thanks for sharing! ❤️
This is so cuteee😍😍😍😍 did you use two packs of hair on her whole head?
yeah around 2 packs! 💗
I’m really about to do these. Awesome job. 👌🏾
Adrianna Lenay thank you! ❤️
Super cute...I have some leftover water wave hair I’m going to try out before I buy the hair u used😆just to c if I can get the idea...do u have to dip these in hot water??
no i didn’t dip them in hot water! i just overlapped the hair n rubbed it in between the palms of my hands
Samil Julissa 🤗thank u so much for the replay
New subscriber 💖, i love it!! How long did the process take?
thank you 💖 we had other stuff to do so we kept stopping but it should only take a couple of hours!

New Subbie yasss ma’m you slayed this

These are BOMB 😍
thank you 💕🥰
Propre😍😍
Yeah these SUPER CUTE😍😍
thank you ❤️
I Loveee it🥰😍, how do you seal the ends ?
once i get to the bottom i reverse and wrap upwards then rub it in the palms of my hands. if you really want security, you could use nail glue only on the fake hair! 💗
Samil Julissa thank youuuu, for the tips💖💖💖
That look so bomb!
thank you 💖
Great easy to follow video
thank you! ❤️
How did you get the curly end I swear I was paying attention 🤣🤣😭 I did not see that lol
Touched Stylez when u crochet the hair in, pull the curly hair longer than the braid so when ur done wrapping there’s still curly hair at the bottom
Samil Julissa thank you girl💕
Nice, the braids look nice
thank you 💕
Seeing this video 3 years later. I want to make this too. How many packs did you use?
You did a great job!
👍🏾
thank you ❤️
Cute asf! I’m gone try this today!!
thank you! you should 💗💗
Samil Julissa girl yess I literally just bought the hair! lol
So cute omg!
thank you 💕☺️
Omg girl thank you !
thank you for watching! ❤️
How many braids did you on her head?
You did a good job
thank you 💕💕
Yesss I have bra strap length hair and I want a short crochet bob bad 😩
this method is for you sis 💕💕
Very cute!!!
thank you ☺️💕
Thanks for the vid! So did yu use 2 packs total or 6 bundles since the link you have has 3 bundles in each pack
aaliyah marie just the one pack and it came the 3 bundles in it 💕 i just used 2 of the bundles in that pack
Love this
I’ve seen people do the Faux locs with water wave hair and now spring hair. Is the spring hair lighter than the water wave?
water wave is actually “lighter.” spring twist gets more coarse than water wave. it’s just your own preference on the look you want! 💕
oh my gosh these are so cute
❤️❤️❤️
Can u do a tutorial on hairstyles to style them in?
this was my sister but im planning on doing them on myself. so when i do, i will 💕
Samil Julissa yay! Okay. Great video! I subbed!
@@KeepingupwMK thank youuu 🥺💖
Omg this is so cuteeeeee
thank you! ❤️
this so cute i will try it 😊❤
hope you like them ❤️❤️
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️what kind of hair did u use?
How many locs are in her head? I usually have trouble with parting
It’s very cute.. but I didn’t really get how u sealed the ends.. did u burn it afterwards.
once i got to the bottom i just reversed and starting wrapping upward then rubbed it in the palms of my hands. for security you can add nail glue to the fake hair!
Samil Julissa nicely done.. thank u so much
Yes! this is exactly what I'm looking for.
S/n love how you didn't need all that extra hair to support the twist
How many packs of hair did you buy ?
Great job
thank you ❤️
I keep trying to get the final shot, she was moving so fast in the intro even on 0.25 speed lol but the style is so cute
You did a good ass job. Very nice!
Monica Branch thank you ❤️
Did you only palm roll the hair ? I see some ppl use nail glue so it don’t unravel
yes, if you wrap tight enough it shouldn’t unravel but nail glue is fine too!
How many packs did you use?
Cute😍😍✨
Cierra Wilson thank youuu 💕
Hi! How long did the process take?
we took breaks a lot so i’m not sure 😭 it probably will just take a couple hours if you’re dedicated lol
How many braids are in her hair?
So cute! How long did it take to complete this style also was two packs of hair enough?
i’m not sure because we kept stopping 😂 but it honestly doesn’t take long! and yes 2 packs is enough, esp because at the back of her head i cut the hair in half 💗
Is it okay if we use water wave instead of spring twist
i would suggest using spring twist, water wave is a bit looser so it probably won’t wrap the same
How many pieces of hair did you use for each loc
i would either use one whole 12” or cut it in half. with some pieces i would wrap it with any loose cut small pieces i had left over to give it a more distressed look. 💗
Mine can out stiff 😕 do you know what I did wrong ? I followed the video .
hmm.. did you use spring twist hair? but even it they are stiff they should loosen up with time!
Samil Julissa yes I did and okay I was just wondering they aren’t horrible for my first time . But they don’t moving a lot .
hmm only thing i could think is maybe u wrapped really tight which isn’t a bad thing. but i really think they’re gonna loosen up over time bc that’s normal for faux locs
Hi what inch spring twist hair and how many packs
everything in the description box including links 💗
Nice
How many like bundles did you use
everything in the description box!
How do you make the Ends stay so it doesn’t unravel?
i just overlapped the hair once i got to the bottom so i started wrapping upward. then i rubbed it inbetween my hands for it to stay stuck together! 💗
And did you also do your own hair at the beginning of the video?
How’s it holding up ?
she’s had them in about 2 weeks, still looking great!
New subscriber 🥰
thank you ❤️❤️
how long did it take?
we took a lot of breaks to do other things so i honestly dk. so it took us about a day
These 💣🥰
Shea Baby thank youuu 💖
What hair is this ?
Will that cause breakage?
no it didn’t for me or my sister
Nice. But am i the only one when struggles using the crochet needle?? It always get stuck in my hair 🥺🥺
Did these unravel at all ?
Hi! Where are you located?
Everytime i do mine it turns out as a twist when i get to the middle part of the twist 😢
hmmm... try stretching out the hair and making sure when you’re wrapping around the braid, it’s flat. hopefully that works 💕
