diet- stay away from processed food its bad for health and it's not good for the body that includes fast food, fizzy drinks and sugary food like cookies or crisps stay to fresh meat and vegetables like oats, steak, chicken boiled eggs and also try grilling or boiling rather than frying or using butter (or oil) on a pan
workouts- as a boxer i workout every part of my body feet to the chin and because u wanna do ufc u need to work hard theres no tomorrow don't cheat on ur meals cuz it will mess up ur body stay strong til ur career ends
consistency- there's no point working out for 5 hours and not doing it the nexy day i missed one av training and lost most of my progress and that was 2 weeks of training my abs
and because ur a Muslim believe in allah he can get u to the top like look at khmazat chimeav and khabib top fighters always beg allah to make u Better stronger, faster..

Marvelling at this great man move, make people laugh, entertain, just doing what was natural to him- being the Greatest. We both loved that man. I lost my dad on New Year’s Day 2013. Age 92. A D Day veteran and my best friend. Too soon after, I lost Muhammad Ali too. I cried and cried. I couldn’t talk to anyone because I would start to cry. A man of 46. That was what The Greatest did to you. You loved him like he was your own. And he was your own. He made the world better just by him being in it. Rest in peace, brother of all men, The Greatest of all times. We will miss you forever. 💥🥊
